This place has a good menu however what they fail to realize is when someone orders something that's what the customer want not what John's seafood wants to serve. I ordered Lemon pepper wings twice from this place and sked them not to over cook it, they keep giving Cajun wings and they dexide to over cook it. The wings were black as if they have changed the gease in a while. I am guessing they don't know the difference. I would ordered a half a pound of crawfish and a separate half a pound of shirmp and they would add the potatoes and corn in both bags to make them heavy with just the cajun seasoning only and they would put all the seasoning in the bag. Again not what the customer ordered. Nor do they try to fix issues when they make a mistake at all. I can't continue to keep getting orders that I didn't order for the money I spend.

Love the customer service..Love how they interact with the customer and children..They laughed and played with my greatgrand daughter, she did not want to leave..We took her back 3 days later and they remembered her..I Love It

We ordered fried combo i had Crab claws(they are tiny) and flounder(which was good). But honestly it tasted like food from the freezer section at the store tossed in the fryer. We ordered Hush Puppies but we never received them even after asking where they were at and she said they were on the way(never showed up) The waitresses were literally running back and forth to the kitchen. Making us think slow down before you fall or something it isn't that urgent. Overall just feels like chaotic and the food isn't worth the trouble
We went here for dinner and had some incredible food! Katherine was awesome with her recommendations, we ate so much crawfish and ended up ordering some sausage at the end, which was delicious. We will absolutely be going back!!

We split the Snow Crab and Crawfish combo and the Snow Crab and Shrimp, we also added another half pound of Snow Crab. It was everything I wanted and more. Messy, delicious, worth every penny.

We were returning from New Orleans and stumbled upon this place. Let me tell you; I had crawfish in New Orleans the day before and most where over cooked to where the tails where mush. But these were by far the best I've ever had. Cooked perfectly and the seasoning was amazing "garlic butter". But I think next time I'll get the hot as the medium did not seem hot at all for me. This place is now my go to restaurant when in Pensacola. They even allow our dog to sit in his wagon while we enjoyed our meal of crawfish clams and mussels. Cannot wait to go back again!

Had a great lunch here. Service and food were great.
Not good at all. Little woman behind the counter yelling at you across the restaurant to take a seat wherever. Crawfish in a bag seasoned with oil and whatever they call Cajun spice. It's way over cooked, over priced, no flavor, no juice. Sausage was rubbery. But hey the potato was good...Do not bother. I am mad I even tried the place. Local resident.
