The employees are chill but the food is straight up doodoo. Hot pastrami was dry and tough and barely any meat. 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks came to 40 dollars. I could’ve gone to subway, philly’s, any other place and got a much better sandwich for half the price.

Recently ordered two sandwiches from Jon Smith here at Cordova Mall. Ordered our meals with fries. The fires were old and nearly cold. I asked for new fries, they had maybe enough in the freezer for our two cups. They said they would make us more. I sat down to wait and noticed one of the employees dump the two cups of fries we returned back into the oil. We had already put our hands in the cups to grab a fry before returning them. When the employee noticed, that I seen what he did. He waived me up for a full refund (I didnt accept). This is a health concern!! How many times a day do they do this?

To start we were the last customers to be served. And honestly thats exactly how we were treated. The fries were cold and stale. They only had 1 steak remaining so my other sandwich had to be chicken. I spent 40 + to honestly not enjoy my food. The sandwich was so far beyond the normal expectation that I didn't leave satisfied. I tried to call but the number listed but is not a valid number. I looked to see if I could email someone and didn't find that. I really hope management contacts me as this was a horrible experience. And if you normally treat customer like this its not acceptable.

It’s 430 pm on Sunday and they are closed, wish I’d known before driving here.

I normally post restaurants instead of quick serve places however this place should be avoided. We were greeted initially but as we went to order the cook rudely said they could not take our order. Presumably because he was busy cooking. No explanation or anything, just rudeness. It's a quick serve in the Pensacola Mall.

If you are in need of a good sandwich while shopping this is the place to go. I highly recommend the Cuban. Such a juicy sandwich and the pickle adds such a nice zesty kick!

I ordered 6” The Bomb combo w/no bacon and jalapeños on the side, fries and drink. The bread is horribly dry that it kind of crumbly. The cook put so many jalapeños ON the sandwich that it’s not enjoyable. I was told the fries are made to order, but mine were cool. Went back up to get this copy of my receipt to see where the disconnect happened. Cook and cashier had a short exchange about the order, but they did not offer a resolution. I waited 15 minutes for this. Cordova Mall location. I’ll stick with The Brickery where it’s always fresh and delish.

Usually I love this place…their fries are great and my fave is the hot pastrami. But this last visit left something to be desired. The bread was soggy and falling apart, the pastrami was super thick cut, and the French fries…they weren’t even the famous fries they usually have. It was weird..I don’t know if the owners changed or what happened..but it was a little disappointing.

The Cuban was soaked in grease, the bread was very wet. The chicken (I think it was chicken) was old, you could taste the age. Not a good sandwich. I had 6 bites, took the chicken out, but couldn't eat the rest before the grease grossed me out. A Cuban meal with fries and a drink was $20.00 plus tip. Not worth it!
