Let me start by saying that the products that come from this place are subpar at best, but it's the owner's attitude that really make this place bad. I guess I'm just an idiot, according to the owner. And the AMOUNT of one star reviews that you actually get puts you at a 4.4 star rating which is not very good. Read the owner's responses to one star reviews and that should say enough about this bakery. If you do something wrong, own up to it and stop blaming your customers and making up excuses. Go visit a local ninja challenge arena and actually enjoy what you spend your money on.

Only traditional bakery in town. Great staff and very talented decorators. Shanelle is the Pensacola Cake Queen, her cookies are pretty fabulous too! I love the huge selection of their original recipes. Some of my favorites are the almond crescents, creamed horns, maple bars, cheese danishes, brownies, fruit tarts, and cookies.

I have been a customer (less frequently lately) for the last 30+ years. My kids always loved their cream horns. Me, I am a sucker for their wedding cookies and the maple bars. Wasn't thrilled with the red velvet whoppie pie or the oatmeal raisin whoppie pie. Bought the blueberry scones and lemon cake slice for a friend. Boy...prices have sure changed! Used to be $6.60(?) a dozen, now over $1 a cookie! But still delicious! Glad they are still here,!

Order a cake, cupcakes, and cookies for my sisters gender reveal and omg did they turn out amazing! Everyone was super nice when me and my brother came in to pick the order up. Everything was so delicious and we thought the cookies were not gonna be good cause they were so cute lol, but they were amazing! Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I have finally found my bakery!!! Having moved to Pensacola almost four years ago, I have tried many bakeries but at last I have found THE BAKERY! The baked goods here are unbelievable! The cakes are absolutely amazing. Decorated to perfection and the freshness and taste are absolutely second to none!! JS Bakery will be my “go to” from this event to my last! Thank you!!!

Service- They weren't to busy.. I asked about a cookie flavor and she grabbed that cookie so fast and asked if I wanted anything else.. Before I could respond, she asked if I wanted anything else, again.. I've never felt so rushed in a bakery before.. Not my first time I'm a bakery, but every bakery is different.. I'm use to warm and inviting with the ability to ask questions.. Guess not here.. Food- my cookie was just ok.. had to grab a coffee to dunk it in.. I've had better cookies at Publix.. I was going to ask about the cakes, but felt so rushed that I had to choose something..
