Went to pick up a DoorDash order and got cussed out and kicked out for taking a picture of the menu . While other customers were in the store too . The customer service is horrible and I was going to try this place now I’ll make sure to never recommend it .

The owner of this place is very disrespectful. And I was always told that the the cook determines the quality and taste of the food so if you’re attitude is nasty your food will also be distasteful

I came here to pick up a DoorDash order. It looked like there was one person working, so I stood back to let her help the others. She completely went off on me for not stepping up to the counter, telling the other people in the dining room she “can’t stand people like me”. She threw the food on the counter saying “Here it is” and literally told me to get out. As I was leaving, she kept talking to the other customers about how annoying I was. Like I thought I was being respectful by waiting until she was ready to assist me. I even said please and thank you. Consider business personally lost from our family, but hopefully others, too. No one deserves to be screamed at in public, esp as a customer of a business, who didn’t really do anything wrong. The food smelled good, but honestly, NOT worth it. It was utterly embarrassing for myself, and for her business as her other customers apologized to me for her. I feel sorry for her.

We got the Catfish and mullet basket, OMG that was the best ever. Nobody in Pensacola knows how to fix them but the island Fish and grits

Ok just different use to seeing fish and grits but i guess they have Caribbean food just different them what i usually expect when in PensacolaCatfish amazingFish and grits amazingOx tails amazing for those who like them

The person that took my order, cooked the food, was horrible. She was not personable at all and downright rude! I'll never go there again. Cleanliness was also lacking...
