This used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants in Pensacola. Today was the worst service I have ever received. I ordered online and drove to the drive through to pick up my order. When I got to the window, a woman asked me what the side was for one of the combos because it wasn’t appearing on their screen. I said “Mashed Potatoes and Gravy” Very clearly. She asked me to pull up to the side door to wait for the order and I did. They brought our food out the side...read full review
