Ordered thru drive through, ordered pot pies, then was upsold to the Festive pot pie combo. When I agreed to the Festive combo, I was told that the apple poppers would take 10 minutes. I said that is fine. I pulled to the side and waited more than 10 minutes, finally approached by the cashier that took my money, handed my food and walked away. I drove 14 minutes home to realize that I did not get my apple poppers. Never again going to this location, not a fan of KFC for the past 5 years, this just seals the deal.

Great service and friendly staff
This has been a go to for me. KFC has a great rewards program and the best $3.99 chicken sandwich. Also a rock star Jasmine that knocks customer service out of the park. Thank you KFC your 9th Ave location can't be touched.

I love KFC but this particular restaurant deserves 0 stars for service. I placed an order on Doordash and requested a later delivery time. Instead I received my food an entire hour early and when I called the store to complain, no one answered. No one has answered for hours. I've called off and on for four hours and NO ONE answered the phone. Horrible customer service. I won't order from here again.
Please, you have to update the staff at this store. They are not proactive. It's strange that someone treats you well and they don't care about anything. They make you wait 40 minutes with less than 5 customers. It's impressive.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst KFC, let alone WORST restaurant I have ever been to. My chicken was slop, and my biscuit wasn’t even cooked. The lady who took my order was nice, but when I drove back around to let them know my biscuit was undercooked, another woman was very rude with an attitude.

Update. I ordered again from the same location online for delivery. Never received my order. Apparently they gave my order out….. I’m so mad. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I wonder do customers get the same service during the day time. I ordered my food online. Got there and was told it was a 20 min wait for chicken. Ok no problem. 30 mins went by and I asked about my order only to find out I had to wait another 15 mins for crispy chicken. Now it’s a problem because other people that came in behind me already have gotten their food. Finally got mines it was 2 separate orders and they put it all in one bucket like I had ordered a family meal. Got home to come to find out half of the chicken was cold. They put 3 pieces of fresh chicken on top and everything on the bottom was cold and dried out. Looks like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. This is the 2nd time at this location. I called the restaurant but of course no answer. I will be calling cooperate in the morning

Went there for lunch recently and was told it would be a 25 minute wait for original recipe so I left. Went back today for dinner and was told it would be a 30 minute wait for original recipe so I left again. Is this normal now to have wait half an hour for chicken at KFC?
None of the employees acknowledge you, they make you wait at rhe register for 15 min to even take your order. They all move lile sloths. Please get new management and some semi decent employees because that it ridiculous

I ordered the nuggets. They didn't look like the picture. Kinda small and not crispy like I wanted. Drive thru only, that was unexpected. Will choose a different restaurant next time I pass through the area.
I waited for an hour after to get my food while waiting being pulled to a parking space. I finally got the attention of one of the workers bringing someone else food out. I informed him that every other car the came before and after me had received their food. He told me to drive back around to let them know what I had order. The drive thru cashier was rude and very unprofessional and had no training in customer service. The restaurant on 9th Avenue and Bayou need to train the workers better. A mess!
