Sitting here now being punished for ordering such a big order. I don't even know why they have the 16 piece meals on there, and you go to the speaker in the drive-thru and they do everything they can to try to get you to not order. Oh that's going to take a long time! Are you sure.... That you want to wait that long? Are you sure you want that? I don't understand why they never have the chicken, it's been 35 minutes and I'm still sitting here.

The person who received the order drank weed, she didn't take care of us, she didn't take our order, she behaved badly

Guy was mopping the floor when I walked in. At first I didn't think much about it, but the next thing I saw was him walking behind the register to take my order without washing his hands. I refuse to return to a place that is managed so poorly. Imagine what is done out of view of customers. Nasty!

Stop in and ordered the 8 piece dark meat special. They told me they didn't have enough dark meat to do my order. So I ended up paying $10 more for the mixed bucket. When I pulled up to the window they had two trays of dark meat. Kind of a bait and switch. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Pun intended

I would have given this place 5 stars but the cashier was new. I didn't have a problem with her I told her that was fine we got time for you to get it right. She asked someone behind her to help her key the order in right and that lady she asked to help her had a bad attitude. I said, honey she asked you for help because she's new and wanted to get the order keyed in right and you should be proud of that. That lady kept a frown on her face and said, not polite to her what's the order. She told her and the lady at like she didn't here her and we had to tell the lady 6 times before she got the order right. 16 piece with 4 large side and 8 biscuit. The 4 sides will be 2 orders of fries and 1 mash potatoes with gravy and 1 with macaroni Cheese. What was difficult with that to the lady that had worked their that she did not understand ( the new girl, or us telling her 6 times). The lady attitude was awful. Then on top of that we're going to dine but had to wait on the chicken to cook so we got the order and left.

This particular KFC location unfortunately is not concerned about warm/professional/courteous/ customer service, people interaction, demeanors, smiles, professionalism, dispositions, body language, verbal communication....nor serving fresh&soft buscuits...., nor serving fresh fully cooked chicken (which is done by keeping their 8head or 4head chicken batches down per KFC's SOP Standard Operating Procedures.
Management and employees mimic the same energy.
Despite what any other kfc in the area offers- this store makes up their own rules.
Dialing the store number only sends the call to their voicemail.
This modality of operation has worsened over the years .
The staff and management have always been off-putting......now the chicken is half done and biscuits hard. It's a wrap. Go visit other KFC stores in the surrounding areas and let the profit & loss statements create a new modality of business operations where true customer service is reinstated.....and usher in a new team of management + teammembers who have the capability & ability to make it happen.

Absolute trash. My husband and I went through the drive-thru. We could barely hear what the guy was saying. My husband got a 4 piece meal and I got a KFC bowl. My husbands chicken was dry and overcooked, my bowl had no chicken so my husband went back in to tell them and they acted like we were lying. Will not be returning.
