Stood at the counter for 10 minutes looking at my bag before cancelling. When I called KFC customer support number they asked me for details from the receipt I never received, the store address, my email, first and last name, order number, how much I spent, then proceeded transfer me to then provide once again all the same information.

Customer service here is not a priority at all! While trying to order, the lady had the nastiest attitude ever and was rushing me and my family the entire time. In the middle of the order, I chose not to complete it and took my money elsewhere. There seriously needs to be more accountability with this particular location about their attitudes! Worst customer service of any restaurant in the cordova area!

I stood at register for 10 minutes waiting on someone to take my order while cooked were yelling at cashier to go up front. But he was to busy smoking his pot yes joint. You could smell it So cook can and took my order. While my grandson and I ate. There was another employee sweeping outside smoking pot I will not be back.

Refuse to make anything because of they was close to closing. Had no chicken tender was so upset had my heart on that and end up not getting anything but my ride was happy.

the lady at the drive thru window was so extremely rude. i’ve worked in customer service for years and she is one of the rudest people i’ve come by. didn’t get her name but after she handed me my food with no gloves that she said she made, i felt disgusted and wish i wouldn’t have paid. she probably spit in it too :)

Forgot got some items and when call back manager hung up and did r want to deal with the problem. Called 1-800 number and kids screaming in background and lady was no help.

Appalling service. The manager demanded to see my phone 4 times to confirm my pick up order was mine then walked off and never came back. After 20 minutes, I had to ask another employee if I could have my already paid for food that was just sitting on the counter, not under the heat lamps. Also, only one employee was wearing gloves or a hairnet. I hope the health department shows up and shuts this place down.
