Everybody knows that KFC is delicious. We decided to order some as a family last night. I got there the worker helped check my bag with me and I still forgot something. Went back a little while later am I handling three other guests this guy was able to find out what my problem was, correct the problem and get me out. That's how it needs to be so few places have decent customer service anymore. Thank you.
After having had such a great experience i decided to get back that happened to be a mistake this time. Seems as though every time my wife orders they forget something of hers for the past three orders they have forgotten her biscuit. Nobody else in my family eats the biscuits just her it's always just one and we never get it.

Very rude drive through cashier. Very incompetent...I would recommend that the owner makes it mandatory they speak and smile sometimes and answer with yes not yea...they act like they doing you a favor by taking your order!! Will not be back!

Around 7p.m., I came through the drive thru to order a chicken pot pie. I was told they did not have any. Then I asked if they had any to cook. I waited 20 minutes. While waiting I had already ordered the apple pie poppers. When I got home I was not happy. The poppers were very dry. I called to speak to the manager. She said they let them sit up. I told her I will be asking for my food to be cooked to order because I could not feed that to a dog. I love my food hot and fresh. Some food sitting out too long should never be served . This should be company policy. On the next day, I went up to this KFC to get some fresh apple poppers. I had already explained the issue. I did not have to pay since they were given as a gift. The manager was very nice. If I order poppers again in the future, I will ask for them to be cooked to order.

Got 8pc tonight.
The biscuits were doughy, second time. The mashed potatoes were missing the butter flavor. They tasted like you threw hot water in there and served them.
The chicken (original recipe) was really good. The flavor went through the chicken, not just on the crust. That was fab!

Horrible customer service. I paid for my food. They tell me to pull to the side and wait for my food. After waiting for a very long time I decided the wait time was unnecessary and went back to the drive thru to ask for my money back. They yell at me like it’s my fault I had to wait. I don’t have to wait for nothing. Give me my money back. I don’t understand what’s the problem.

Very BAD experience. Waited @ drivethru 10+ minutes. Ordered 20 honey bbq wings for $25. Once home, found the wings were Spicy Hot. MANY folks don't eat hot food. Returned purchase and was told that all honey bbq wings are spicy hot. It was NOT on the menu board.

Just left the drive through 10 til 9 on a Saturday trying to get a 7 piece bucket plus sides . Was told by the person at the window they’d have to “ check the chicken they have “ I told them I’d wait for fresh chicken and then was told “ oh we’re not making anymore chicken tonight “ I heard a lady in the background say yes we are we got two hours . Then was told “ if you wanna wait it’ll be about 30 mins because we don’t have the batter station set up “ blah blah blah . Like if you don’t wanna be at work I’m sure you can go home . They need someone more professional at the window and maybe people would spend money instead of being fed lies and not chicken 🤣😭 . He literally lied to me 4 times in less than a minute.
Order 4 of what user to be called snackers, which is a chicken strip on a roll basically, a small potato wedge a a small gravy, it took 30 minutes to get my order, the drive pushes cars up so they can stop the timer to make it look like they are doing their job. The only thing that was hot was the gravy.

Walked in, stood at counter and waited for several minutes. I was ignored by several employees. It took at least 5 minutes for anyone to wait on me. Overall,it was the employees that saw me, looked at me and never spoke that really ticked me off. There was no original recipe available. It would take 25 minutes to cook. The store was a mess. Even the trimwork on the top of the wall was filthy.
