The hardest part of eating at this location is getting your food. If you come in be prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes just to order then another 15 mins to get your food. You will walk up to order and be ignored. After 5 minutes I did a hello and the employee looked at me and just walked away. Someone else helped me out about 5 minutes later. It's pretty bad.

This review is not a reflection on the staff, as they are great! My disappointment is how not so famous the Famous Bowl has become. You now get a bowl of mash potatoes n corn with a small amount of gravy and 3 to 4 popcorn nuggets. Where’s the chicken!!!! Bowl looks nothing like your advertisement.

All around awful and unpleasant experience. I was the only person inside the reastraunt around 8pm and it took 25 minutes to get my food. I ordered 4 meals.. food was fresh and hot, but wait time and customer service was extremely rude. Never eating at this location again and possibly KFC.

Chicken Strips were Fantastic!!! Excellent taste and quality. The Mashed Potatoes were UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS!!! The texture along with the gravy, make these the BEST Restaurant Mashed Potatoes I've had!!!

This crew was Killin it tonight! You could tell they were short staffed and over worked but they were bringing the heat! Courteous, Apologetic about the wait and customer service on point! I don't mind waiting they communicate and that's exactly what several team members did. They communicated to me and everyone that came through the door. I had 3 separate big orders and they made sure it was all perfect! Worth the wait! Thank you for exceptional service under the immense pressure that drive thru was putting y'all through! Much love from a hangry single mom. ♥️
