I just went here earlier today and got the bucket for me and my family. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes which is OK because I guess I came at a busy time at 6pm. However, wait time is not my issue the chicken that I had to wait for tasted old and spoiled and got me and my family sick now.
Update : The chicken was old and gave us all food poisoning for days.

Take out, took 30 minutes and I only ordered a $5 bowl. It should not take that long for a small order. The excuse of online orders shouldn’t make the drive through that much longer. And to not put a simple fork with a bowl order is unacceptable. Had to go and look for a fork when one should have come with. Ridiculous!!!

Both times I came here no one was on line or the lobby. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes for 3 pieces of chicken. I guess they had to kill the chicken before it was cooked

This day, January 24th @ 4:58pm my order was not correct an I even repeated myself several times. When I arrived home I noticed that my order was not even close to being correct. Even my receipt was for someone else.

Employees loud and inappropriate management obviously lacking took 15 minutes to get the food thought maybe it'd be fresh. WRONG! When served was luke warm at best.

Read read read the reviews! They make you wait in line for 20-30 minutes just to tell you there out of something. 🙄 she didn't even give the correct amount of the refund but I was dead tired from work I ain't even gonna fight over some pocket change. They obviously need it more. Yeah no, go somewhere else. Other kfcs in town are 1000000x better. This was about two weeks ago. And to top things off, in that 30 min wait they still gave me raw biscuits. 🤮 Lucky I didn't get food poisoning.

The new original recipe chicken nuggets were a big disappointment. Stick to original recipe chicken. Also, the ceiling is leaking badly right over the fountain drink machine.

Don't order your food on the app earlier than your pickup time. I ordered mine at 1:00 PM for a 4:00 PM pickup. I picked up my food and went straight home. Food was not very hot when I picked it up. When I got home it was outright cold. For what you have to pay to eat out, your food should be hot. If this is how KFC does their customers, then I won't be eating there. I feel KFC should replace my meal at their expense.
Since posting my review and my unhappiness on my stores Facebook page, they reached out and refunded about half of the cost of the order. I can tell you they are better than Pizza Hut and Domino's about getting back with their customers. Thank you
