Ice cream is so good and creamy me and my wife had to come back and get a second round after walking off the first!! We got mud and coconut, now I can say this is the first time I’ve eaten mud to someone, this is a must stop shop for when we come to visit again soon

Great candy maker

Came in knowing i couldn’t get a sweet treat with my friends because of my diabetes. I was talking about it with my friends in line, saying i’ll get a pint to enjoy a a later time. Sharmani came over with a handwritten note annotating the grams of sugar in each pint and in each serving size. That was the first time I’ve actually felt like I have been ever seen during my diabetic journey. She is so sweet and I need her kindness to be noticed. It may have been a small gesture to others, but it was so huge to me. Thank you Sharmani.

The peanut butter fudge was creamy and delicious, and everyone working there was so kind and welcoming. Great experience at Kilwins!

Very good fudge and very good peanut britle

The ice cream was delicious. No complaints there. And the staff was friendly. But the waffle bowl (which is what I was most excited about - I like waffle cones SO MUCH) was terribly stale. It was stretchy and chewy. It tasted like it had been left out on display for three months. Super disappointed by that. I'll try one of the other five ice cream shops nearby next time.

I’m usually not the one to leave bad reviews! But I came into this shop Saturday night in search for a regular employee that is always there and always serve my ice cream and gets my fudge for me! He was not there later on got told that he quit! When I asked why? Not a single employee could tell me. I’m usually greeted with welcoming sprits and my order ready to before I even walk in the store fully when he’s there but not anymore! I hope he comes back!
