Went in to make a purchase was completely ignored and passed up for a group that came in after me. I left two stars but after being met with a text from a manger I decided to change it to one.

This place is awesome because of the employees, they deserve a raise. They do a good job and make sure their customers are happy, especially, Mari and Bri, their good people that know how become best friends with their customers and to know people on a intrapersonal level.
They deserve a raise.
The atmosphere of kilwins is a soothing and comfortable place for sweets and treats. They really do a good job. They don't have too too much options like most sweet stores, they have the perfect amount.
That is why I cared to leave a review, I will come back here, if I could rate more than 5 stars I would. This place is a good place to go to
