Jerry Lewis was amazing! So helpful and went out of his way to make things great for us. He should be manager !! Lala was mean , nasty to everyone line , if it weren't for Jerry ,we would have walked out. Daja was eating doughnuts off the line over other doughnuts given to customers...... those two girls need a customer service makeover.... go Jerry ! You're winning at life .

Today, I received a free glazed donut while waiting in line. At first, I was confused by the sweet gesture, but it turned out that the workers remembered it was Lunar New Year for Asians. This Krispy Kreme store really made my day; they were so incredibly sweet! (No pun intended!) I'll definitely keep coming back to their delicious donuts and their thoughtful employees. <3

Drive through only they never listen they never get your order right and are never friendly the crew was too busy chit chatting and joking around together to pay attention to what the customer asked for
I stopped in the 980 N 9th Ave location to pick up donuts for my family. After a full two minutes, I hear"Order when you're ready" No, "welcome to Krispy Kreme or what can I get you today"! I pull around and hear" 14.99" OK, I guess we're not talking to customers today.
I am handed my card, receipt and donuts while the door closes in my face. Thanks Jeremiah for a great experience, lol!

I don’t like doing one star on a business due to the fact, I know how bad reviews can hurt a business but This Krispy Kreme has got to be the absolute worst one that I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to this one plenty of times before. Anyways, I went to the drive-through of this establishment asked for an iced coffee and of course they said that they weren’t doing them right now. Didn’t give me a reason why then I ordered a glazed, original donuts and a Chocolate cream filling donuts, both of them was hard as a rock then I ordered a cold white milk and it was cold, but it was disgustingly old rotten on top of that the smaller Black woman that was working not sure what her name was, but she was extremely Rude the way I see it if you don’t like people why the heck are you working in customer service.!!!

Horrible service. Horrible donuts got here 8 in the morning and got a dozen donuts all of which seemed days old and gross. Went to take a sip of the coffee and its super burnt tasting. Worker not even responsive when being spoken to what a joke. 17 dollars for old donuts and 2.50 for burnt coffee.
