No hot and fresh on Father's Day morning was a little disappointing.

This Krispy Kreme was very nice !! The employees were awesome and it was very clean. The one down town is awful the employees are rude every time I've gone there and they always tell you there machine is broken when you ask for a late or iced coffee. I know that damn machine can't always be broken and if it is they need to fix the damn thing !!

Always good to walk in when the hot now sign is on. Even better when they hand you a hot doughnut before taking your order.

The hot light is on from 7:00 to 9:00. Though on special days (like National Donut Day) it is run longer. The workers there treated me with kindness and understanding. I noticed that even though the workers weren't wearing masks, they were wearing gloves and hair nets. They also washed their hands, that made me feel safe.

Worst Krispy Kreme I have been at. 8 am on a Sunday, not busy. Barely any doughnuts made but original. The couple mixed I got were dry and stale. Pick any other location.

Horrible customer service always out of donuts and never has fresh donuts.

Doughnuts were delicious. Better than the stores in Texas for sure.

It's Krispy Kreme, you already kind of expect what's coming. They have some very friendly employees so that's cool. There's usually a few pretty solid donuts on the LTO rotation.

I ordered a half a dozen glazed and a half a dozen chocolate and ask for them in two different boxes they told me at the drive-thru that it was $30 and there was a lot of laughing they never shut the speaker off and when I got my donuts they were ice-cold there's times I get it when they're not hot and ready but I mean these were cold Krispy Kreme used to be outstanding what kind of people do you have working for you

Definitely my favorite donuts. Always on the program when I visit the US or other places where you can buy them.

Jeremiah was a great drive through server. He made sure to fulfill my order and offered me a stir stick for my coffee and he genuinely cared. He started off the interaction asking for my phone number for the rewards which most don't do and it often is up to the customer to make sure that they can redeem their rewards. As someone who worked in fast food or service places, i can say that it's rare to see someone who's invested into their job and actually cares about their customers. I've gotten the pleasure of having him serve me twice and he's gone the extra mile every time.

It just sucks that they're often severely short-staffed and that's distressing/unfair to the employees and the prices could be steep which is why I gave the store a 3 star.

I placed an order online at 8:44 PM and drove approximately 20 minutes just to be informed that your location ran out of the item 10 minutes ago. The manager stated that it takes 15 minutes before the order is even printed for them to start making it. She stated it’s done on a “corporate level”
Yeah right..

This was a great inconvenience. Never have I used an online order and took 15 minutes before the order is printed/ indicated by the merchandiser.
