Just got a dozen donuts from Krispy Kreme as we drove off we were going to eat one every one of them were ice cold they were out of chocolate glazed and the flashing light was on we'll never go back

We love Krispy Kreme. However, we were very disappointed in this location. It appeared disorganized, the people that worked there were not happy, and the service was poor. While the doughnuts were good, they have been better. We won’t be back.

I just moved to Florida from north Carolina and I was so excited to find out krispy kreme was in the area I moved to,my husband spent close to 28 dollars on the Harry Potter doughnuts as a surprise being we are both Potter fans. Unfortunately when I got them I was surprised but not in a good way. First off the doughnuts are advertised as being in a beautiful Harry Potter box which ours was not in,instead they were in the basic white box,the magic hat doughnut was advertised with its own cute box which again we didn't receive. I was upset but brushed it off maybe they were out, when I opened the box I was met with more disappointment the doughnuts looked old and definitely didn't look like the ones advertised,in fact the gryffindor doughnut was missing the biscoff entirely...this was my first experience at this location in my new state of Florida...I will not be coming back...definitely not what my husband ordered nor was it worth the money he spent.

Ok I just ordered the Gold snitch 16 Oz I ordered the ice well I got hot coffee didnt taste nothing like what I ordered I also payed to have add ins vanilla n Golden snitch flavor in the coffee so im just alittle confused here why they gave me hot instead what I ordered

I had a coupon for buy one get one free. We chose the assortment but then they were out of most of them. If you are gonna put out a coupon at least have the product. This is not the first time this has happened. Its ridiculous! I recommend the glazed doughnuts simply because you know they have those.

Tried to buy some donuts for crew this morning (8/30/25) but lobby closed... short staffed. (Bad management.. call people in or do the schedule better). Saved me $30 on a positive note! Didn't buy anything! How much more business did they lose?

There is no reason it should take over half an hour in drive thru. Went inside to try to order and there are multiple employees doing nothing, and a line in there too.
