Went through the drive thru order a bag of 12 Krystal burgers the cashier was very friendly and had positive attitude service was very quick. We also ordered 2 medium sodas. The price was less than 20$

Worst place in Pensacola to eat. We just got ours DoorDashed and the meat isn't cooked all the way, they were soaking wet. And on top of that, it took FOREVER!!! Hire new staff or shut that place down!!

This is by far the absolute WORST Krystal's I have ever been to!!!! It's always something with this location and it's always someone new there on the evening/night shift and tonight was just horrible. The guy that was working the drive-thru window had an attitude and was very rude. You could tell he just did not want to be there so there goes his customer service. He just wasn't a pleasure at all. Plus, on top of that, my Krystal's were not cooked all the way. That's disgusting, gross, and dangerous. Apparently everyone there is just doing a half ass job. What a waste of time and money!!!! I've given this location chance after chance and that's it. I will not be visiting this location ever again!!!!

We are not from Florida, just visiting and never have tried this place. Worst mistake of our visit. Ordered $75 online, showed up when it said too, still waited 20 min. Once order was recieved we were missing a drink and a few things. Once we ate the food, it was not good, flavors were off and this place is expensive for TINY little dried out burgers. Cashier was polite, only reason its not a 1 star. Im all about trying new restaurants when in new places but I could have lived better without this one.

So I decided to go through the drive-thru and try crystals for the first time in several months during my lunch break. The guy that was working the drive-thru window and the speaker seemed absolutely miserable and I could barely even understand him whenever I was trying to give him my order, however I would say that the worst part about it was the fact that all of my little Crystal sandwiches the bread was soggy. Kinda gross.
Rude, casher Food way way overpriced!! Workers long hair no hair nets . I'm not going to eat there again

It's just amazing how a restaurant that's not even busy every time you pass by. There's no cars here ever but the one time you do decide you want some Krystal's and you have a taste for some and you pull up in a drive-thru and you have two cars in front of you and five behind you and soon as You pull up through the drive-thru to place your order. No one acknowledges or says anything until after 9 or 10 minutes. One thing most restaurants know is customer service and good customer service is a must. Always acknowledge your customers when they pull up through the drive-thru even if you just have to tell them to wait a minute. But not saying anything for about 10 minutes is a major problem. And then whenever you get the food the food is not even up to par like it should be. The buns are not soft like they normally are. It's like the top of them are hard and toasted. And the patties didn't even taste fresh. I definitely will not be coming here again to the Krystal's on Fairfield in Pensacola, Florida. So what I did was since I had a bad experience here. I ended up driving to the other one on 9th and airport boulevard and my order was taken right when I pulled up to the drive-thru and the food was good and it was fresh and the customer service was really good. But this one right here on Fairfield I would not recommend it to nobody. If you're thinking about this place, just stay away. No wonder it's always dead and have no business.

Walked in to use the restroom, and lady yelled at me “can I help you!!” Then I said “can I use the restroom?”and she said “no that is for customers only.”very rudely, she didn’t even know if I would be a customer and I would have bought something if she bothered to use respect. Worst customer service and treatment I have ever received. I was by no means looking homeless I came in with my nice purse and jean skirt it was obvious I could have bought something if need be. I highly recommend staying away from this location!!!!
