just left there. asked for a sack full + Ketchup. They opted for no sauce but enough onions to fees an army per burger. I also couldn't pick up my order inside so when I recieved it, it was cold. so disappointed. The rest of my family got taco bell from next door. Their food was hot and made correctly. I regret this visit.
The car in front of me threw the bag back at the cashier because the food they served her threw the drive thru was OLD. They ended up driving off! I get to the window… ordered to cheese 🧀 crystals and a Krystal chick (regular)
I get my food and it’s COLD and looked like it was warmed up several times and on top of that gave me a spicy chick that was also cold
Terrible customer service will NEVER Recommend to anyone. They need to shut this place down
