Order food was cold not fresh I use my bank debit card it process it denied and I have a lot of money on it the staff refuse to give my money back on the card they have one person there that's really rude and disrespectful snatches my card out of my hands slams the window for no reason and tells me I have to repay for my order and I already placed an order this is the location off of 9th avenue Pensacola Florida the food is too greasy really nasty I seem like I lose my appetite because I asked a simple question what I would like on the menu the person will not let me answer will annoy me and tells me I don't have enough money to get what I want

Charged my card, refused to give me a refund and the rudest service I’ve ever experienced!!!! They took my drinks back from my car through the drive thru window which I don’t mind but it is a health code violation and I hope they didn’t give those drinks to other customers! I asked several times for name and number of store Manager which they refused to give also.

This was the absolute worst place I have ever eaten. It started out with the staff cursing each other out while I was in the drive-through. And they were still cursing each other out at the window. The location was not kept up, it was very rundown. And the worst part was the food. We ordered the smashed burger, and it was only half of a very thin patty. My wife ordered the double crystals and was only able to take one bite and spit it out because it was so disgusting. This place needs to be closed right now. If you are reading this review, please do not eat here or you will be experiencing the same poor service and food that we received.
First (and last) time coming here. I ordered a corn dog and a small fry. The time was considerably longer than other fast food places. And then they gave me onion rings instead of fries and I had to go back through again. I thought it was weird they asked for the onion rings back when they obviously would be going into the trash because I touched them. At least I hope they weren’t planning on serving them to another customer. The employee was also not friendly at all. The food was overall decent, but not worth a long wait with a messed up order and dealing with unfriendly service.

Visited Krystal’s on N. 9th Ave on 8/25 around 5:49 p.m. The drive-thru cashier, Stacia, had a long dirty nails with something brown under them, sneezed and coughed without covering her face, and still handled my food without gloves. She also forgot my change until I asked. Completely unsanitary and unprofessional. I drove off without my food. I won’t be returning.
