Always great stop for a quick bit to eat. Hot and fresh food, on time. A little bit more then I remember paying for Crystals, last time I stopped in, but where else in the world aren’t the prices going up. Kinda hard to get in and out during traffic hours. But the areas in known for the traffic. Will stop back when in the area. Thanks.

The staff was amazing and friendly, the manager Sarah that was there goes the extra mile for the customer and makes sure everything is just right she even made my food herself just to make sure I was taking care of. Anytime I go there and she's working I know I'm going to be taking care of.

I work overnight at the airport and my break is only 30 minutes. I get to krystals to the drive thru and the lady says she took her last order for the night it wasn't even 1am yet. Krystals is supposed to be 24hour i don't think corporate knows that they are doing this. Yes i was pissed and probably won't be giving tt them anymore of my business.

Since the lunch Crew on 1/4/25 would not give names or customer service number we will just leave a public review to an issue that could have been resolved in-house with the proper staff and training. The complaint was that my husband’s Patti melt was not hot in addition to being nasty in addition told them the Krystal’s were also not hot (barely warm) but edible. We returned immediately to store on ninth ave where he went in and politely advised them of the issue and requested a refund it resulted in him basically being told his food was made to order and not cold and further stated that if the Krystal’s were cold why is your wife outside in the car eating them? Really?!?Lucky for them I had time today! Unacceptable ladies and the complaint is moving up the chain. I hope companies will carefully consider the individuals they choose to be the face of their business as he was told by “the manager” that it was HER store, and basically the issue stops with her.

just left there. asked for a sack full + Ketchup. They opted for no sauce but enough onions to fees an army per burger. I also couldn't pick up my order inside so when I recieved it, it was cold. so disappointed. The rest of my family got taco bell from next door. Their food was hot and made correctly. I regret this visit.

krystals is my favorite restaurant and since I moved away we dont have one there are around that area so while home on family emergency I went to the one off 9th and ordered the 5 krystals with no chili nor cheese, add mayo extra onion and was given the opposite of what I ordered! I tried to call back but phones don't work! and the same woman that took my order the day before denied she took it the next day when asked for a replacement. so I rebrought my food only to get that made wrong also!

Gabrielle, in drive thru, has 0 multi-tasking abilities. I came through on 11/24 and the total was 9.64, I had 20.64 in my hands because I didn't want change back. She took the 20, and when I went to tell her I had change, 3 TIMES , she continued to ignore me as if she didn't hear me THE FIRST TIME. She proceeded to take an order, and I told her again. She turns towards me to indicate she is taking an order, but she sure wasn't when I told her 3x before that person pulled up. She handed me my food, and I asked her, ' Did you not hear me?" she tells me she can't open the cash drawer. There are no excuses for this. She simply didn't want to.
