I made an order through DoorDash and I requested for ketchup and salt packets with my order. The dasher arrived with my order and informed me that the staff including the manager would not give him the requested condiments. He said they demanded that he go through the drive thru which had several cars in line. To me this is very unprofessional and lack of customer service. It demonstrates lack of laziness and lack customer courtesy. It is the manager’s job and responsibility to ensure their customers get what they ask for. I paid over $50 for my order and I did not get everything I asked for. If I was the district or regional manager I would fire everyone involved. I am an out of town visitor and this is not a good impression on this restaurant. They should be reported to the better business bureau.

First off they're clearly operating machinery and doing renovation/construction in an area where food prep and service is happening which is horrifying. The lobby was torn apart, the ceiling panels were missing, there are airborne particles and clearly no protocol in place to prevent contamination of food.Second- I have been attempting to come here for a milkshake several times over the last several months. The machine has been “down” every time. Today it was finally up but they were out of Reese’s and Strawberries so I could only get Oreo or Vanilla.. now, they charged nearly $10 for 2 milkshakes and didn’t even get them close to filled. They were like 30% empty. This was my first (and LAST) time at Krystal and when I asked if it was normal to leave so much empty space in the cup the attendant basically said “this is where the whipped cream would be if we had any.So not only were they out of over half their milkshake ingredients but they have their employees operating unsafe and unsanitary circumstances. 1/10 will not return.

I’m in drive thru as I write this. My food was cold & old, the young girl running the window was so rude! Then the other girl who brought my food out was even more rude! I will never ever go back to this trashy place!

We came in early after our morning run to grab some food and when I tell you the young lady was so nice and humble and it was just her she was running the drive thru ND lobby at the same time our food was hot fresh she had breakfast and lunch ready to go good job??

Very slow. Gabrielleno needs to learn customer service. She didn't say hello or anything just said "$5.04" I said thank you. She handed the card back and I said thank you again. No you're welcome or nothing not even a smile, she just looks beyond irritated. She opened the window and asked me "could I get you to pull up" and closed the window before I could even answer. No one else was in line. I'd get it if there was. Maybe sitting there is running up the drive through time but the truck in front of me would've done that with how long they sat there. She then brings me this and there isn't a fork. Guess I have to go in for my own fork and napkins. And what's up with the small amount ? I've never been shorted like this. And why is the cheese only on one side ?

Ordered 2 standard #1 meals. We asked for nothing further than just the regular meal. After we had received the receipt at the drive thru window, we found that we had been upcharged both of our meals to a large. When we asked the employee that brought the food out why were we upcharged, he stated they were out of everything but larges in store. We were never told this and even confirmed our order with the employee at the window. So ultimately it became the customer’s fault and responsibility to cover the cost (almost $5) and be upcharged because they were out of supplies.
