Tried this place for the first time, would not go again. I ordered 4 steak Gordita’s because the woman said they were small, a carne asada burrito and a side of rice and beans, my total was $43. I was told I could not have any of the sides that are placed out, they are for dine in only. I asked if the pickled sides came with my food, the woman told me yes. The only sides I received were two sauces per box. I was told it was cash only because they did not accept card or Apple Pay, even though I was staring at the card equipment. The Gordita was decent, the rice and beans were bland. Overall, the food was over priced and not worth the order. It would be nice if this place had prices on their menu other that the weekly specials.

100% recommend, this was my second time here and it was even better than the first! I have been searching for LEGIT authentic Mexican food in Pensacola and I have finally found my spot. The tacos, chimichanga, burritos, birria, you name it, is all on point. Everything is homemade, including the tortillas. This is a must try if you are wanting authentic Mexican!

Fantastic gem! Only place I’ve found REAL Gorditas, and they are GOOD! I think the rest of the menu is probably pretty solid, but the Gorditas are so good, that’s all I ever get.

Let me just start off by saying this was me and my fiancé and a couple of friends FAVORITE taco place in Pensacola. The flavors were always so good and the sauces and sides and veggies were perfect !!!

But not anymore. Went back after being out of the area for a few months and everything is different. New management, so much fat in the meat, veggies and available sides are all different. Sauces are all different, not spicy enough. The burrito didn’t even have any veggies and the rice was even lower quality. The horchata tastes like it was made from a premade store bought mix instead of homemade. Also, the vicinity smelled like sewer.

Very disappointed.

Their carne Asada was SUPER dry. They claim to put beans and avocado on their tortas but all we got was a dry mess of a torta. Went when they first opened, and we were in the area so decided to go, NEVER again. Was truly disappointed. $60 for 2 burritos and 2 tortas.

Love the food but I was overly charged $43 for 3 burritos that cost $9 if ordered online. Will be disputing the charge and showing my bank the over charge.
