I went to get a pizza at their Drive Thru. There was one car in front of me. When they drove off and as I was pulling up I saw the window closing. Seriously? I know they saw me. I sat there close to 5 minutes. A guy finally came to the window and said “you snuck up on us” I heard the bell go off when I pulled up. They knew I was there. They gave me an old pizza. ordered from app was given pizza portal code but was told I HAD to get from drive thru from an employee delivering in the parking lot.
I have video from interaction with manager.
Little Cesar's corporate needs to update mobile app to say some lobby's close at 8pm and your pizza portal code don't mean squat and if an employee doesn't like the way you respond you don't get served like other customers.

Unsanitary My pizza was not cooked all the way. I watched the manager Angel make pizzas for 15 mins. She kept wiping her hands on her filthy uniform and kept sticking her hands back in the food. She never washed her hands. Also, her long hair was swinging over the food. I immediately asked for my money back. I will never eat here again. The staff needs gloves and hair nets.
