I spent an hour waiting on the right order.
The online pricing is different from the in store pricing or the cashier robbed me five dollars.
I do take responsibility for not checking the food before I left, but I assume with such a simple request like no mushrooms things would’ve been fine. I had to drive back to the store with the wrong pizza and return it (which scares me to think where that is going). I received an apology and still had to wait on my pizza.
I’ll be ordering online from a different location.

After my recent experiences today,We won’t be ordering from Little Caesars on navy blvd anymore! Our order has made me sick to my stomach from the food tasting nasty & the drink smelled weird! We ended up throwing the food away & the customer support denied my refund request!

This place is nasty, they have people smoking in the back where they make the food, who smokes in a restaurant where food is at that is so unsanitary and unsafe. Disgusting 🤢

First off they charge to dang much for these little behind pizzas. It was hot n ready but they ain’t tell me that til they already had my money.
Pulled up to window 10 minutes after opening got a hot & ready pepperoni pizza. I live directly behind the place. Got home pizza was cold!!!

I called to talk to the manager upon speaking with the person that answered the phone he did not say anything at my request. Not yes or no, he said nothing and passed the phone to someone else who was not the manager. When I asked the person who now had the phone my question he said yes and I hear nothing again and he comes back to the phone and said she said such and such. I requested to talk to her and I explained why I called and also expressed my concern about the lack of professionalism. I mean after all I had been talking to two different people before the person I requested. And the fact that you don’t just pass the phone to someone else without telling the customer what is going on. I told the manager this and she said technically me calling in today I’m not a customer. And that’s the issue if the managers attitude is like that the employees don’t stand a chance. The area is a low income area so customers can be difficult but no matter what you maintain customer service. And they did not do that. I called back and asked for corporates number the same lady from before said they didn’t have it. I asked that she text the manager group chat or call another manager and ask. She clarified by asking me if I really wanted her to call her boss for the number and I stated yes. Again their was a silence and I waited about 6 or 7 minutes before the phone hung up in my hand. I called back and it was no answer this is the example the manager put on display for the employees today. That is why this store will always struggle and won’t keep good seasoned workers
