Poor execution. Waited an extra 30 MINS! Bc someone forgot they put my online order (should have been drive thru) in a hot and ready warmer oven. Sat in lobby for 30 mins until “manager” realized I was being skipped.. cmon do better guys.

But handed my card back saying all good and walk outside to wait for my order then made the order then said didn’t go through second time .. I said no thank you .. shows on my bank statement I made 2 transactions with them … 11/24/25

After my recent experiences today,We won’t be ordering from Little Caesars on navy blvd anymore! Our order has made me sick to my stomach from the food tasting nasty & the drink smelled weird! We ended up throwing the food away & the customer support denied my refund request!
Manager locks the door at 9pm on Friday night and makes customers use the drive thru........ Visited another night at 8:30.... No crazy bread and the manager refused to make anymore with a hour and a half left till closing

I get a lot of food from here for board game night parties, and birthdays. They always have everything ready to go on time. Sometimes if they don't have the ingredients for a specialty pizza they will make something else you didn't order though. When this happens the manager has always compensated me.
