Pizza doesn't hardly have any cheese on it. This is this is not the first time, tomato sauce and pepperoni. It was definitely a lot better when it first opened!!! Very disappointed. Not the best customer experience either...again it was awsome when it first opened! Employees need to check hot and ready before they hand it to the customer.

I ordered four boxes of the new CRAZY PUFFS for dinner for my family as I was in route to the restaurant so the food could be fresh and ready for pick up as I arrived. Pick up time was at 8:45, I made it at the exact time but there was one other car currently at the window along with 4 other cars waiting on the side for their orders. As I pulled to the window and gave the employee my name he stated that the order was already picked up from DoorDash. For the record I NEVER used DoorDash before. I asked how was that possible my order shows drive thru pick up. Proceeds to show him my email. I was told that "the women that picked up the order had my code" which is in my personal email. I was basically told that I provided the women my code and she picked it up from the inside. I was offered a remake but was told I would have to wait until after the 5 cars before me were filled to receive my original order. Asked for a refund instead of cash for their mistake of course I'm having to wait 3-5 business days to post back to my card. You're better off waiting until you get to the store to make any order b/c anyone can walk-in lie and take your order for free leaving you to deal with the aftermath.

I pull up to the window an say hello super sweet, the dude just stared at me as if I was dumb didn’t say hello back didn’t ask how may i help you just stared leaning out the window an looking toward to the ground on his phone. Then proceeded to talk very bothered that I was having him do his job.

The customer service was garbage and they got my pizza wrong 3 times . And didn't even as much as apologize for taking 45 minutes for a ten minute pizza. Then served me a half done a** pizza. They need to rehire or close this place even manager was ?️.Vegetarian options: No options for vegans period

I hate to have to do this but every since they hired these new employees, THIS location is just as bad as the one on Mobile Hwy. Our LAST three orders were WRONG. Not to mention how rude the employees are. God, I miss when y'all first opened??♀️
New location on the corner of old palafox and airport. I ordered the slices and sticks half pizza and half bread sticks pie. make sure to get your sauce to dip the sticks in. pizza was fantastic. Little Caesars has made a come back and, IMHO, they have not only come back but now set the standard for taste and quality for the rest of the national chain pizza restaurants. if you have had Little Caesars in a while, give it a try now. you'll be pleasantly surprised. excellent value for the money welcome back to the top Little Caesars!

I can honestly say this Little Caesars has the best pizza a Little Caesars could possibly make. Always fresh. The customer service is very good. Out off the 20+ visits since their opening day in 2023, we have yet to have a sub par pizza. For a chain, this location rocks!

Worst Little Caesar’s in existence. We’ve ordered from this location five separate times since they opened. All five times our order has been completely wrong. Employees refuse to come to the counter or are outside chain smoking cigarettes. I’ve now been waiting since early November for a refund on a delivery order. Ordered 4 specialty pizzas and two sides. Received two single topping pizzas. The receipt clearly had someone else’s name on it. Was told I would receive a full refund within 10 business days. We are now knocking on 2024’s door and I have yet to see my refund even after inquiring twice more. Throw the whole staff away and start over. Pizza shouldn’t be this difficult. Especially Little Caesar’s.

First time trying this location, and will be the last time. Ordered wings and a pizza. Got home and pizza had the wrong topping on it. Employees obviously can't tell the difference between an onion and an olive! Called and received no apology, but told us to bring the pizza back, and they'll make us the correct one. Drove back and as soon as I walked in the door, was handed my correct pizza. Again, no apology, no offer of any type of compensation for making us drive back to get the correct pizza! No management or customer service skills at this location! We'll take our business to a different location from now on!
