Medium well isn't raw, nor as black as cast iron skillet, and I expect someone cooking that knows how to grill and bake. French onion isn't a piece of plain soft white bread with cheese. I had a side salad for 40.00 and blown away the manager looked to me for guidance on " medium well". Only good part was server. I won't go back to Mary Esther Location. As for other questions in review... Please add attempted dine in.

Fort time I tried. I ordered the smaller size ribeye, baked potato , salad and a chocolate dessert that came with ice cream. The waitress did not ask how the steak or meal was. She had suggested I get the light seasoning as I had not had it before. The steak was thin and came well done when I ordered medium .The seasoning was light seasoning was way too salty to the point of being almost inedible. I’m not one to shy away from good seasonings and hot sauces and peppers Even A1 couldn’t help it. It was so thin and dried out. I never saw a ribeye that thin. I let the waitress know when she was giving us our ticket since she had t ask. She also assumed that we were re done and we weren’t . She didn’t ask if we wanted dessert which we did. She offered to make the steak right. At first I said no that’s okay . She continued to say she wanted to make it right and was very pushy and I thought somewhat rude about it. I finally said ok if they can box it up I’ll take it home. Which I did and they did leave the seasoning off but once again it was over cooked , dry and extremely thin. I tasted it and threw it away. I will never again order a steak from there. The potato was cooked well and delicious with sour cream and butter on it. The salad was as delicious and I ordered the blue cheese dressing which was good as well. I ordered Diet Coke and that was terrific, it was not watered down like most places. One of the dining partners got a loaded potato along with a fried chicken sandwich which she said was delicious. The other dinner had ordered French onion soup, a salad with steak slices, and the strawberry short shortcake. ash aid the soup was way too salty but the rest of her meal was very good. Oh the dessert I ordered was called 7 different chocolates . If you’re a huge chocolate lover get this. It is amazing . Definitely a shareable dessert it’s huge and has tow large scoops of ice cream.Kid-friendliness: A man next to us complained to the waitress as there was a baby that cried a lot.

To start when I walked in no host was present. When someone finally came over I kindly let her know I was checking in and waiting for the rest of my group who were a few minutes away. I was hoping to get a drink while waiting but that wasn't an option for me. The very next person in the door right behind me said they were also waiting for a couple more people for their party, however, they were immediately taken to a table. That I cannot understand or see a clear reason for. The next group waiting on a couple people also were told to wait. No timelines were given from any persons told to wait. It was early and there were more than 3/4 of tables visibly open. I would have had a nice mixed drink while waiting a few minutes, but I wasn't given that chance. Once finally at a table food took over an hour to arrive, with again other tables being sat after us getting their meals first. The food was good, not great. The service definitely killed what would probably have been a pleasant dinner experience.

Got the ribeye cooked medium. It came to the table and it was maybe 3/8” thick, probably thinner. I have never seen a ribeye so thin. I was disappointed. The baked potato was good but my wife’s potato was not hot and she sent it back. Got another and it was not hot either. Service was good but doubt I’ll be back.

Ordered 2 well done Chopped steak Meals it was a busy Friday night I got home to see my Meat was not even Fully cooked and mushy!! I called all night to speak with someone longhorn must’ve turned there phones off because I couldn’t get in contact with anyone at the restaurant finally I spoke with someone the following day manger States there’s nothing he can do even tho I paid my money for my food to be as I ordered all for me to get home and couldn’t even eat it. I spend a lot of money throughout the year going to longhorn glad to see How much you appreciate your customers
