Lost Pizza Co. Pensacola Downtown

We love the food, but some of the servers are seriously lacking. Tonight we placed our order at 8:15, were told it would be about 15 minutes and waited patiently, chatting with the staff while we did so. After 30 minutes I finally asked where our food was, since usually they call out names for to go orders, and they never called us. I finally said something when someone that ordered after us left with their pizza. The girl who took our order said “oh, you wanted it now?” and handed it to us. It was so strange. When we got home, our food was cold and soggy. Tonight left a LOT to be desired. Some friendly staff, but why wouldn’t you tell someone who placed a to go order when their food is ready??

First time trying Lost Pizza Co downtown in penscola and the food was amazing!
We each got a small pizza of our choice 😋 1 fatboy's bacon cheeseburger pizza, 2 The Kujo (one without onions) and 1 The Happy Hippie (no onions) it could of used more toppings its the second picture and all the pizza's had just the right crust thickness we ordered thickness crust.
We went on a Saturday night 8pm no one was hardly there one disappointment is that when we arrived we didn't know how the place works and it took a few mins for a worker to ask do you need menus and say you can seat yourself and order at the register .

Food is really good but the pricing is ridiculous for a pizza dinner. $123.00 for 4 pizzas i not worth it. I payed because my family was there but definitely will not return.

I’m traveling with my kids and we were looking for pizza place and came across Lost Pizza. Great atmosphere and pizza. The crust is perfect and the ingredients are fresh. We came on bingo night and the kids wanted to stay. Great craft beer selection. We’ll be sure to recommend need it. I grew up in Pensacola and still know a lot of locals. We had a great night.

Lost Pizza downtown is an AWESOME place to play music bingo on Wednesdays. I'd have been going for about 5 weeks now and have A GREAT TIME every time. Come join us!!!
