If I could give 10 stars for the service, I would. Atmosphere was very comfortable. Like being home, except with someone else doing all the work. The menu was comfort food, but with lots of healthy choices. This will be one of my new favorites.

I love the new seasonal items they are adding to the menu and the festive drinks definitely will keep me coming back. It’s all about the cocktails + charcuterie life for me. It was a rainy day but the pergola outside covered me perfectly.

Deceitful business practices done here and serving sizes very small for the price. We met up with some friends during happy hour on Sunday (4-6pm) The special was half price on flatbreads. Because of that, we ordered 2 flatbreads which are regularly about $15 each. When they came the size was so small that my husband and I both said “thank goodness they are half off because $15 for that is crazy!” Then when we got the bill they were full price. My husband asked the waitress who said because barktoberfest had been earlier that day they weren’t doing the specials. The menu also listed the Sunday specials as normal. Also worth noting, Barktoberfest had ended before the specials started, and we had no idea it had even occurred having come downtown specifically to eat an early dinner.
We talked to the manager who apologized and said they posted on their Facebook page that they are not doing regular specials and had signs up during the festival but took them down BEFORE happy hour started. It seems like an absolute insane thing to do and the waitress should have told us before we ordered food, and especially when we ordered the regular special item. The manager said there was nothing she could do and she would not honor the specials because it’s just their policy and she had no control to correct things for us, even though it was not mentioned to patrons at all and only posted on their social media. She even acknowledged we were not informed since signs were taken down at the beginning of usual happy hour times.
Had we been told we would have ordered differently. Just bad customer service and a poor way to run a business.
We will not be returning and will advise others to dine elsewhere at least their money will be better spent.
The friends we were with visit frequently and had spent $100 there between the two of them for dinner (also ordering flatbreads because of the special and being upset they were not informed either) they will also be choosing another establishment from now on.
Edit: while it wasn’t the intention of the establishment to be deceitful; taking the signs down during the designated specials time that acknowledges that the specials (that are printed on the menus!) will not be available, expecting a customer to check social media for it, and not having the servers inform customers of this when taking orders all lend to bad business practices.
It is not on your customers to find the exception on their own.
All this could have been avoided with a simple “because there was a festival today we will not be offering our usual specials” from your servers. The fact that that is your policy (although strange) is totally fine and up to you and again had we been advised we would have ordered accordingly and this review would have been different. Hoping you take accountability and improve though price for value is still tremendously lacking.

Update: my friend has food poisoning from the Mac and cheese. She has been throwing up ever since she got home. :) never going back here.
I can’t speak for brunch which I heard is good. But do not go here for dinner.
The tomato and roasted red pepper soup
was literally just marinara sauce. There was no seasonings and no cream. It tasted like bottled marinara sauce. The grilled cheese was OKAY. Not great. Everyone else’s food was OKAY. I was told the Mac and cheese was not good at all.
The atmosphere is nice if the weather is nice. I would not go here during the summer.

Way overpriced for what you get. $20 for chips and salsa with a side of guacamole is ridiculous. The tacos were good but small and not much filling in them. Won't go back.

Love the atmosphere, that's it. I find it very dishonest that they list bourbon & vodka, etc., on their drink menu when they don't have a liquor license & it's not real liquor! They should put in print "wine based faux" bourbon, vodka, etc. It's very misleading.

We finally stopped in since moving here (Friday during the Seafood Festival). Always knew it would be great, But it was the service that put our visit over the top! Ainsley was FANTASTIC! What a Wonderful personality!! And when her roommate Lindsey relieved her, she was equally AWESOME!!!! I agree with a previous poster who said, whoever does the hiring here DOES A GREAT JOB!
We had left to walk thru the festival, and after running into more friends, we drug them back to Luy's...!!!

We love Lucy’s and we come every chance we get, lately though it seems things are taking incredibly too long when it’s busy. If the kitchen is too small and cannot keep up with the amount of tables then you need less tables. 45 minutes plus waiting for simple food is kind of ridiculous. It’s not the servers fault it’s the management of the restaurant that’s the issue.

My wife and I love this place. Food is always good and the service is the best in Pcola in my opinion. Whoever does the hiring nails it. Big shout out to Madeline who waited on us last Thursday (apologies for the delay in my review). Keep it up all!!
