We have ordered multiple times. Initially everything was great. Lately not so much. 3rd time getting subs. The bun was hard, the meat was literally burnt. The subs lacked taste. I called restaurant, girl said let me get my shift leader Mark, then put someone named James on phone, who was difficult to understand. We are very dissatisfied. Not sure if we'll order from Marco's again.

Forget Little Ceasars, Dominoes, Pizza Hut, Hungry Howies, Papa Johns, my opinion thus far is that Marcos is the best pizza. So many pizza places here in PCola!! But Marcos tastes more homemade than commercial. This was my first time ordering.I got a huge flyer from the ad mail outs. I never knew about them until this. Their pricing is good and because of a discount, they don't skimp on quantity or quality like the other places do. Marcos all the way for me. I'd like to add: people should be reviewing the food, not on a call they made and were put on hold, whether a driver drove fast in their neighborhood or if an ingredient was missing. Before reviewing, make an effort to extend a bit of grace and get your issue resolved before destroying a business w/ one star reviews. Please.

Always forgets items from the order, always late, and never accommodating. It's basically whatever alot of times. This is the last straw with them..

I've already given my complaint 4 days ago. The driver was flying down my neighborhood. Wanda drive. It was a female. when I called to complain to management, it was another female that left me on hold for over 30 minutes. never picked up the phone to talk to me. I heard all conversations in those 30 minutes because the phone was actually just laying down, not put on hold. The rudeness of this particular restaurant is beyond belief I will never give them my business
The hours are wrong on Google and the website. No matter when I call SOMETHING is always going on. They don’t answer the phones, they refuse to take orders, their computers are down, it’s always something. Hours say they close at 11/12 they actually close at 10pm and 11pm on Friday Saturday only. I’ve been in the store multiple times where the phone is constantly ringing and staff refuses to answer the phone. In the past few weeks when I try to order 20-30 mins before close I’m not getting out right denied but told “my computer hasn’t been taking order for 30 mins.” It’s crazy the amount of money I’m sure is being turned away due to the hate the employees have for their job. I’m sure if you had people who actually cared they wouldn’t be rude to guest, would answer the phone, and would take orders, and post the right time for hours. No way to contact upper management to rectify any of the situations because I’m sure it’s the manager of the place who hates their job and refuses customers. Absolutely insane. Love the food but I’ve never seen employees outright turn away business due to laziness.

This Marco’s location is the best! I was over that way so decided to grab a pizza to take home. The restaurant is was very clean, very friendly service, and the pizza was SO GOOD. I will go out of my way to get pizza from this location from now on.
