This is for the Marco's on N. Navy Blvd in Pensacola. They lost a customer before we could even try it. My wife had wanted to try Marcos for awhile, I called ahead to order and was on hold for over ten minutes. I hung up when I pulled into the parking lot, where one of their delivery drivers tried to break check me... not a good start but we were still willing to try it at that point.
I walked right up to the counter and waited for about 5 minutes as the employee picked up the phone just as I walked in. just as he finished the call another lady walked up to the counter side and he addressed her first. when I went to say something she caught an attitude and the employee deferred to her. I had a few choice words to say as I walked out forever. I guess my wife and I will never know if Marco's Pizza is any good.

I was a “walk-in”. They got my name wrong and the drinks that I ordered wrong! The pizza sat up on the rack for several minutes before they called a name. I said that wasn’t me, so they just walked away. In a couple of minutes they came back and wanted to see my receipt. Oh, wow! Just imagine! It was my pizza! They then handed it to me along with my drinks, and they tried to give me the wrong drinks. That was the first time I ever went there and they got it all wrong. I won’t be back!

Marcos is the only place in Pensacola that I have ALWAYS had excellent experience in customer service! What a compliment these days. Doesn’t matter if it’s the person on the phone or at my door ALL excellent! I even went inside to order once and that person was AWESOME too! My compliments to the staff on Navy Blvd!

Great experience! Kris the the man. Asked what pizza we liked best in town and of course we said Sky’s. He said the could do that except not the 24” one. We told him his pizza had a lot do when comparing to Sky’s. Orders a large and wow, just wow. The deluxe pizza is heavenly. Great crust, lots of fresh toppings and flavorful marina. Yum, yum yum. Sorry we didn’t get the pic before we devoured half of it.
