98% chance your order is wrong and you will be treated as an inconvenience for choosing to drive thru to order food. This is simply getting ridiculous. Fast food is a full customer service job and some workers total make paying customers feel like us as customer are a bother. Horrible to pay for food to receive crappy service and food order wrong

Placed a pickup order and went through the drive through. We forgot to add 1 item and asked to place it at the window. The server rolled her eyes and made a ghastly noise like her world was ending and stared at us. Decided I didn’t want to spend more money here. The Golden Arches sign reads “Now hiring Smiling faces.” Either they are retraining this chick or she’s getting let go on Monday and replaced with a “smiling face.” Please do better.

Was there for 18 minutes, without an employee and the manager that was standing there, never acknowledged me or said a word to me. That is ridiculous, that's the worst I have ever witnessed in my life 18 minutes without saying one word to a customer at your counter. And yes we are customers because we pick up food for the customers and we take it to the customers so guess what it's no different because I unassigned and canceled and I'll let her know why. I'll let her know what was going on 10 minutes into it and when I left and walked out at 18 minutes. I will never ever go back there to that McDonald's for myself or another order to be picked up ever. Drivers beware it's the worst ever you'll get for service in my life, and as a manager for 5 years I'd fire that manager and the employee on the spot after that 18 minutes if I was the owner. Worst service I've ever experienced in my life and I've worked in restaurants for 27 years
