Was there for 18 minutes, without an employee and the manager that was standing there, never acknowledged me or said a word to me. That is ridiculous, that's the worst I have ever witnessed in my life 18 minutes without saying one word to a customer at your counter. And yes we are customers because we pick up food for the customers and we take it to the customers so guess what it's no different because I unassigned and canceled and I'll let her know why. I'll let her know what was going on 10 minutes into it and when I left and walked out at 18 minutes. I will never ever go back there to that McDonald's for myself or another order to be picked up ever. Drivers beware it's the worst ever you'll get for service in my life, and as a manager for 5 years I'd fire that manager and the employee on the spot after that 18 minutes if I was the owner. Worst service I've ever experienced in my life and I've worked in restaurants for 27 years
This location makes me NEVER want to visit any McDonald’s location ever. I have been to this location time after time for the past 10 years of living in Pensacola & it is very pathetic. I have watched them pull over, not only my car, but several cars to the side, we are told to park in the curbside parking while they take over 15 minutes to cook fast food burgers fries & nuggets. I have watched several employees smoke their vapor smoke & put it back in their pockets before walking back into the location. It is insanely ridiculous & pathetic & embarrassing how this location is ran. Something should be changed asap, or this location should be changed to a different fast food corporation that will take care of their customers properly.

I would just say that when someone orders an unsweetened tea it may be due to an underlying health issue, so getting a sweet tea, just means no beverage to go with the meal.
