98% chance your order is wrong and you will be treated as an inconvenience for choosing to drive thru to order food. This is simply getting ridiculous. Fast food is a full customer service job and some workers total make paying customers feel like us as customer are a bother. Horrible to pay for food to receive crappy service and food order wrong
Took forever to get a cheeseburger and two fries. I used the kiosk to order, and tarter sauce wasn't an option and caused confusion when I asked for some.The girl working the front till was like a Sim, slow and stunned.Very strange interaction.
Food tastes like it does at every other McDonald's but service here was relatively fast for lunch rush. The line of cars waiting in the drive thru practically wrapped the building & 5-6 ppl were standing inside at the counter waiting for their order, but it took no more than a few minutes to get mine. I was impressed with the speed & efficiency that food orders came out considering how busy they were. It's rare to see.
