Honestly i think this McDonalds would come up if they didn't have a-lot of children working for them & they retrain everyone in customer service..They don't use both lanes they pick which lane to answer & which people to ignore.. Customer service is everything in a fast food industry & they need to be retrained in that area..

We went to get a quick dinner and pulled up to the second lane because of the way we were coming in the drive through. Nobody acknowledged us and then a car pulled up to the first lane and was greeted immediately. My husband then said excuse me and they answered one minute, not one employee was friendly at all and acted like we were a nuisance to their day. We were asked to pull around and wait but again they were pretty quick but left some of the order out of the bag. Still no thank you or have a good day, just here you go, hands the bag off and walks away. With the price of food these days and having a job you would think that more people would be appreciated. We have always frequented this McDonald’s because it’s near our house but we have plenty of other options not so far that have way better customer service.

Usually am a frequent preacher that this is the best McDonald’s to hit up in the area but I’m very disappointed today. I came around 9:15 pm and ordered a burger nothing too crazy, and everything was fine until I get home and I see a very lazily slapped together Burger, I mean the cheese was hanging halfway off. The burger patty was also hanging together by a thread.. As I waited in my car for 10 minutes thinking well at least it will be nice and fresh, how in the h e l l was it still cold?? I know it’s just McDonald’s but damn… as far as the people helping at the window 10/10 customer service, but who ever was sandwich constructing yikes..

I know we all like that hot-n-fresh feeling. For those who never worked in the fastfood industry, you sometimes have to cut them a break. I go here alot for my kids so some days you get hot-n-fresh, some days you don't. Overall, service was excellent, maintaining a positive friendly attitude despite the evening rush. If your food isn't satisfactory, go back and ask them to remake it or request fresh at the drive through and be patient.
Absolutely worst ran Mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. 20 min wait almost every time, even with a mobile order that we put in 20 min before we got there we had to wait for 10 extra minutes. absolutely horrible. do better people
