4th time in a row theres been 5 or less people in line and my order is still somehow wrong, my fries are soggy and i got two cokes instead of one coke and one dr pepper. please hire competent workers, this wasnt an issue a year ago even on extremely busy days

Took entirely too long just to get an order of fries and a sweet tea, they fries were cold and had to wait another 5 minutes for them to give me a cup for my tea

Save your time eating and working here, there's mold and all types of Filth throughout the restaurant which explains why customers State a bad smell in the lobby. The drink bar in the lobby doesn't ever get cleaned inside where you remove the drink nozzles nor on the outside of the drain nozzles where you can see mold and old drink stains that been there at least since last year. Same goes for the drink machine for drive-thru it has mold all underneath it to where water floods and doesn't properly get cleaned. So yes, there's a chance mold is probably in your drink. The lobby and the kitchen have had multiple sightings of roaches. As well as the AC vents in the lobby are coated with dust and other debris as well as the ceiling behind the counter hence why they paint it black to keep customers from noticing it as well as other random stains on there that's been there forever. The back of the building has a broken mop sink where water seeps through it over the years and it's full on infested black mold everywhere and it smells horrible. They only clean this kind of stuff if important people are coming but the last inspection they had with Ecosure they failed it. Which I'm not surprised because they only clean areas that is seen by customers and certain areas in the back but most of the time there's probably stuff that's been sitting under hidden areas for long periods of time. The frappe machine was never properly trained to clean so they've only been cleaning the main part of it and not the top part where it was discovered for it definitely being there for a long time how black and gummy the mold was and that's going in your frappes so I've never touched their frappes again since finding out. A manager that discovered it cleaned it one time but if it's been done since no guarantee. Also the GM Megan is way too inexperienced for her age to be running the store on top of they have her doing night shifts as a GM over at the Navy store which they have a GM but she focuses on that store more than her own. Hence is why her store is going down the way it is. Employees are not properly trained to clean the way they're supposed to nor are they train to properly cook or make food a lot of times. But there is experience employees there but since they hire all the time and they're trained by different people constantly so whatever they're being trained from each person can go either way. They overwork the teenagers giving them adult hours especially if you're not liked by Megan she will be biased and make sure to try and get to leave by lying about your pay when you think you're getting paid something and then you find out because they hide it and it only shows up on your pay stub then you realize you aren't getting paid for what you were working and your hours can be cut and she won't allow you to pick up shifts people put up. Unless you likes you otherwise she'll make those shoes short that night and punish everybody because she didn't want to allow somebody to have hours. So if you're wondering about certain nights where it's horrible it's because she purposely punishes everybody because she don't like certain people and don't want them to have extra hours. So if you try and get a job here make sure you look into what you're actually making for your pay rate. Because she'll say one thing to make it sound good and then it won't be that at all. Also some of the miners have gotten over time which is highly illegal and I've been wondering how they've been getting away with it so they've been probably covering it up in the system. All the corporate team takes up for her and tries to protect her if you don't have no proof about your pay and hours that she said then they're going to tell you that you're basically lying and that's not the case so they're not going to help you. It's going to be sometime eventually that she's going to get caugh
For late lunch I decided to stop here, order was taken, but when I drove up to pay Nayla was just dancing singing while I was trying to pay, completely unresponsive and didn't even really look at me, food was okay but a bit disheveled like everything is halfassed here

5 cars pulled up in front of me, waited 15 minutes already and no cars (that i can see) have been served ahead of me, this is an insane way to serve and completely unacceptable

Why have 2 lanes if you only talk to people in one of them. Watched three people get helped and no one ever came. Typical McDonald's

Ordered a 20 piece nugget and found a long hair inside. This was disgusting. Just make sure hair is up and ect as I also work fastfood. Plus I've been going to this McDonald's for a while, the quality has gone down and I'm saddened by it.
