Not bad for McDonald's in the last 7 year's. Only recently have they had some decline
I placed a breakfast order for pickup on the app 15 minutes before breakfast ended and paid and arrived at 10:38 and they said nothing was available and they don’t do anything before you arrive but the food is paid for so that makes zero sense and they just canceled the order. Never coming back to this location and I’ll just go to

Refused to let doordashers in and then refused to explain why. Then when we waited in the drive thru for 10 mins. And then wanted to say oh it’s only in drive thru. Then they telling customers to not let people in THAT ARE IN THERE EATING. It’s giving unprofessional. Then u don’t even have any drinks . Instead of redirecting multiple door dashers . The only response we get is that’s how we have it. Some solution . Not to mention how many door dashers probably still standing outside because there is no sign no one directing them. Like at that point at least turn your online off.
Tonight was the first night that I went and the attitudes were awesome and they made sure my food got fixed without any problems thank you

So each time I come here they have asked will you be using the mobile app today. Today I downloaded app. It would notnlet me use it so.....then just so you know , after you order they make you pull up to wait for offer. They say it hurts there scoreboard of you are at window and wait. Not a fun experience period. Employees can't help hummm oh well
The mobile app messed up my order. I'm a server so I get it I try really hard not to be mean to people who work and restaurant industries. It was not showing my order and their computer. There was a guy named Mari working I hope that's how you spell it. The manager was super nice too but at one point he was too busy to come and talk to me. So I threw my car in park and said I wasn't leaving the drive-through until someone gives me my food or my money back. That was the closest I've ever come to being completely completely completely Karen in an eating establishment. He handled it amazingly he never stop smiling at me. He should absolutely be the manager

Great place. Wonderful service. Told staff about carbonation being out, and they replaced my drink for me.

Great place to buy a burger freshly punched by a low paid employee their anger and rage makes it taste like it cost too much for no reason. Remember we used to get punched burgers for a $1 before the time when wearing a mask hurt your feelings and voting for stupid people was taboo, oh and I guess Walmart was open for 24 hours man 4 years ago seems so far away now huh?

Sat in second drive through and no one ever took my oder. After 8 minutes I left. Thought I would try McDonald's after years of not coming here. Now I remember why I left. This place sucks.

We ordered on the board (which i hate, so unpersonal) we waited 22 minutes for our food and it was cold and missing the 4 nuggets. The service..what service? Took 22 minutes at a fast food place. Only 1 other table at the time and we were missing an item with only 2 of us..

Really unprofessional to close the location early without signs and then told me I’d get my money back when I get it back after using the app. Also Your manager tonight on 10/13/2024 at 10:45pm. She needs to correct that attitude she’s gonna get hurt one day. I’m not saying it’ll be me but that one lady she yelled at almost went off on her fire that manager soon she’s a liability to your company.

Happy to be back in a state that McDonalds still carries biscuits and gravy. I don’t know why states in the west don’t have it. One of their best breakfast items. A++

Ordered 3 things through the mobile app and of course, we sat at the pick up space for over 30 minutes. Got a notification that someone was going to be coming out with my order and no one ever came. Finally my husband had to walk in there and tell them to hand him the order. But of course they completely messed up my son’s meal, as if they never even read the receipt at all. No straws, no napkins, nothing. It wasn’t until my husband got our order that we saw the manager come out to service the three other cars that were sitting there waiting longer than we were. My husband said that when he walked in to get the order that there was an employee visibly hunched over standing in one position like he’s on something and the others are either running around like they don’t know what they’re doing or just doing absolutely nothing while they’ve got people waiting for an order that was ordered prior to being there for an hour. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior or customer service. Stop hiring people on drugs and stop keeping useless managers that don’t manage on the clock and maybe you will start to see a difference in these reviews.
