How can 3 people confirm my order of a deluxe chicken sandwich, large fry and a large coke, yet I got a 10 piece cold nuggets, small cold fry and a small tea. It really isn't hard to pay attention...

I'm going to get straight to the point. The service was fine from the lady that gave me my order, but there was one person there that had something to say and it left a bad taste. She had the nerve to say (everybody wanna come inside today why y'all can't go through the drive thru). My wife and I were planning to eat inside but after she said that we decided to leave. It doesn't matter if it's inside or drive thru, you shouldn't have any problems with a person ordering inside. I have been in customer service for years and this really got to me. They also have it very cold there. I'm an up and coming reviewer and that visit was semi ok.

I ordered the two cheeseburger meal in drive through. I got my food got home about to eat my food and saw there was no cheese on both burgers. I asked for no pickles which was correct they didn't put any pickles on it. But there was no cheese on it either.Also there was hardly any ketchup up or mustard on the burgers. That's not what I ordered. I tried to call the restaurant to tell them no cheese was on my burgers and to see if they just ran out of cheese. But when I called it told me to check the number and try again. Next time I order something from McDonald's. I'll be sure to make sure to check my food to be sure it is correct.

Take pride in what you do for a living and if you can't take pride in your work find another job. Just stop serving us food that you would not consume yourself. McDonald's tells you how much tartar sauce goes on a fish sandwich, unless the customer says otherwise. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! We shouldn't have to ask for fries with no salt in order to get hot fries. As customers we do have choices, including the choice not to eat at your restaurant, but if the majority of us choose not to come to your location, store labor changes and staff has no hours. No hours=no money. Just as you care about the loss of your income, customers care about what we receive for the value of our dollar. Google makes us leave at least one star in order to leave a review, otherwise there would be no stars for the food received with this experience.

Mind boggling that you can apparently place a breakfast order at 10:18, the app charges your card, but if you get there at 10:30 they’re doing lunch now and you have to wait for a refund to be sent to your card. Shouldn’t you have started making my order at 10:18? Does it really take more than 12 minutes to line-assemble a breakfast sandwich? Ridiculous.

we came in directly after opening and the manager i believe he was, edward, was so kind i definitely recommend this mcdonalds, it’s a little out of the way but we always love coming to this one everyone’s so kind

Poor customer service had a lady basically toss the bag at me and say nothing. If you don’t like your job just leave. Received my food and it was the most sloppy looking burger I’ve ever had.

This will be the 3rd time I’ve ordered from this specific McDonald’s and the food is cold and hard. I’d also like to know why is it so hard to put sauce for my nugget kids meals in the bag I haven’t received sauce for each time I’ve ordered. Hire better help or get your crap together and give us what we paid for.
