I ordered a regular chicken sandwich add tomatoes on the mobile app went to pick it up got my sandwich got back home and it was a spicy chicken sandwich and you can't get nobody to answer the phone so you can let them know that somebody's not doing their job right and I wasn't wasting gas to go back up there to get them to make me a correct chicken sandwich so I fed it to my dog

everytime i come through here is reminds me to just choose another mcdonald’s. I will get the worst and usually wrong food while sitting in like for 20+ minutes. Place needs to get some new management been the same for 5+ years.

We've been sitting in a pickup spot for 20+ minutes just for a happy meal and 10 chicken nuggets. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone. I mean is it just zombies working in there or everyone is high or what????

We sat in the drive through for 30 minutes just to have them tell us they didnt make our order, so more waiting. Not one single worker inside that building seemed like they knew what they were doing. It looked dirty as hell through the drive through window too. Then, to top it all off, after we FINALLY get our food, they give us the wrong damn sauce packets. I'd rather drive 10 miles south to a further McDonald's than ever go here again. Oh yeah I almost fogot, almost none of our food had the monopoly stickers either, only 2 of our 7 items had them.

the management team at this location is outstanding. they handled a situation quickly and discreetly and with no escalation. what happened very well could have been an accident to begin with, and was not managements fault or anyone on that shift. but they handled it with perfect professionalism. its not a risk to anyone so im not putting the details or drama in this review. I just really respect and appreciate how they handled the situation.

The drive through line was wrapped around building, wasn’t moving. Decided to go inside to order and stay in line 15 minutes before someone came to cash me out, paid no attention to the lobby. Women in back screamed, absolutely unprofessional. They need to get someone in there that’s older than 20 to run it. Not impressed!

Went through the drive through. Everything was fine, but then those dreaded words. Please pull forward we’re waiting on the hash browns to finish. 13 minutes later the lady finally shows up with my order. Set the bag on my seat. By the time I get to work the grease soaked bag has filled the passenger seat. People, at least give your customer the option to decline the item if you’re that far behind on it. NASTY! Plus, late for work now. Thank you McDonald’s.😑
