This is the peice of cheese on my fish đ sandwich, talk about shrinkflation, and my fries were fried twice...what is going in there, the lady in 1st window slammed that window so hard, like she was mad!!! Worst meal ever!!! Thank goodness the lady at the 2nd window was super cheerful!!!!

This is the second time I went to this McDonaldâs and finally went in due to my burger being made incorrectly. The first time I was nice and let it go. This time I went inside and gave the manager my burger and stated it was wrong and the person in the drive through gave me the wrong order to begin with and then gave me the wrong burger. The manager then proceeded to make me feel wrong for even coming inside to say something and get the right burger and stated âwe are short staffedâ as if that is an excuse for giving me the wrong order and then the wrong burger not once but two times. Once she provided me with the correct burger or so I thought I went back to car and my burger was still wrong. I will never go back to this McDonaldâs and that says a lot because previously in my past I worked for McDonaldâs for 6 years and was a manager.

Employing rude, arrogant drive thru staff is sadly expected, however, overcharging and refusing to correct a mistake because âI donât know howâ has become an acceptable norm of substandard service. 0 stars. I came in This location today at 6 pm empty lobby I encountered a manager with colorful braids correct an order before me im thinking Cool I'm in good hands NOPE she didn't even aknowledge me to say I'll be right with you looked me Dead in My face and continued to look at the screen ignore me on front counter not professional I took my business elsewhere

I'm getting to the point where I'm going to completely stop going out for fast food. It never seems to be worth the money anymore. People have no customer service skills anymore and the quality of the food is just not good.
Everyone talks negatively about this mcdonald's on Facebook and I never understood why until today. Coke was pretty much clear and didn't have any syrup, when I went to ask for a new drink the staff member closed the window in my face and walked away.
