I'm getting to the point where I'm going to completely stop going out for fast food. It never seems to be worth the money anymore. People have no customer service skills anymore and the quality of the food is just not good.

So I’m sure most people share my sentiment that most McDonalds you go to are ghetto or trashy. Well I just went to this one for lunch and I had a good experience. The manager was in the back supporting her team. I could hear her positively motivating her team. Idk the little girls name but whoever was on the front counter at 11:20am was awesome. She had such a positive attitude and was very sweet. Good job yall!

Ordered at the Kiosk. Waited over 20 minutes to get my order which was two double cheeseburgers, one quarter pounder, three fries, large soda and a mocha frappe. Three other people ordered after me and got their food first. While impatiently waiting the workers were told by the manager to get working but continued to go slow. They were talking rudely to each other with slurs. Very unprofessional. One worker was very nice and apologized for overlooking my order. He was working...
