the management team at this location is outstanding. they handled a situation quickly and discreetly and with no escalation. what happened very well could have been an accident to begin with, and was not managements fault or anyone on that shift. but they handled it with perfect professionalism. its not a risk to anyone so im not putting the details or drama in this review. I just really respect and appreciate how they handled the situation.

Very disappointed. The tables were dirty, the Big Mac was poorly made and falling apart, and all the hand sanitizers were empty. We expected the usual McDonald's quality, but this visit was far below expectations.

Its to bad. There are many good McDonald's around, yet service and atmosphere this bad really turns you sour. You can always tell which ones have good ownership and management. We will not be back here again.
