Done going here. Orders consistently incorrect. Never prepared properly even with wild wait times… I mean it’s McDonald’s so I expect it occasionally, but they bat like 25% in getting an order right.

Super fresh food, fries were some of the best ones we have had in a long time. We stopped Christmas eve for lunch and staff was super friendly.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have visited this location frequently and it is by far the worst McDonalds ever. Eggs are green, shells in egg mcmiffins. To top it off, the motion sensor water faucet is frequently out of service - hopefully workers are washing their hands when they get back to the kitchen after using the restroom - that is to say if they come down off their high to do their work properly. I am typically a fan and advocate of service workers in the restaurant industry. But this location on Sorrento Road needs a do-over. Clean house, clean up the nasty restaurant and restrooms, and start over. This is not a one time experience. Options are limited in this area so I will be switching to Burger King. Wish there was a Wendy's or Chick-fil-A nearby.

Who ever the manager on call iss hung up on me twice now. I will never be going back to this establishment. They always, ALWAYS mess my order up, feels like its on purpose, always cold stale and been sitting there burgers. Time of disrespect from the manager was 5:20 pm, friday, december 5th. The manager was male. Rudest food service i have ever witnessed. I swear the reviews dont lie 70% the reviews say cold day old burgers, and wrong items, is it the people working there trying to lose business, and have to work less? If im the only car in the parking lot, i expect fresh food, not cold unsauced, disrespect for the intention of disrespect. Never go here. Thats what they want. Got it

Honestly, for a mcdonalds or fast food in general, this was one of my better experiences. The young lady who worked the front while I was there was extremely nice and honestly made me feel like I was at a normal sit-down spot.

She asked if everything tasted okay, asked if we needed anything else, just overall a super charming young woman who literally didnt need to do that. As a visitor from California just trying to slam a burger, this young lady made me feel like a valued customer. I know it sounds crazy, but she was very genuine.

I'm sorry I didnt get your name ma'am, but i visited on Saturday the 25th of October around 1050am if that helps identify her.

Who Cares

I put a order via app & paid, upon giving the code 3 times at drive through the person kept on telling me to give it 5 to 15 minutes because they didn't get the order? I canceled the order via the app drove next door to Circle K.
