Can’t ever get any help from employees. They just look at you and act like you aren’t there trying to force you to use the self check outs that never work correctly. Employees need serious customer service training.

Pathetic. Ordered gravy and biscuit....there was less than a tablespoon of gravy on the biscuits. Also hotcakes were ice cold and they put no syrup in the bag. The latte machine is ALWAYS broke!! Needs new management!!!

Whoever owns this McDonald’s really needs to get these people a regular soft drink system. It always messes up. I don’t think it’s the employees. I think somebody put some fancy soft drink system that always messes up. They’re never right they’re always having to mess with it simple soft drink machine would make this place much better!

Every.single. Order. Is. Wrong. Called for missing 1/2 the order and they told me to call back in 15 min when the manager came back from smoking. Will be reaching out to owner. Insanely poor customer service.
Slowest place I have ever been. Took 35 minutes to get 2 sausage egg McMuffin and a hash brown. The one good thing I can say is never have I had a McDonald's hash brown that hot.

My order was missing items and the lady at window was so rude. The customer in front of me had the wrong item in his order and she was very rude to him. Would not fix his order or mine. When he walked away the other employee told her that the customer was right in what he told her he ordered. Her reply was oh well he can order it again and pay for it.
