This is the only fast-food drive-thru in Beulah, so expectations are higher, but this location consistently fails at basic frying. The fries are poorly cooked and often inedible. It’s frustrating for customers and unfair to the workers who seem unsupported.

Warning this location won’t last long when the rest of the developments starts happening for fast food options!

I got to be honest, I have never been served table side at any McDonald's across the country, it was a welcome experience, we even bought value meals but felt the real value was the service and clean eatery.
These folks definitely earned our return visit

I went through the drive through today with my familybto get some lunch. It was quick and everyone was friendly. So happy to see this in a spot close to home.

I placed a paid mobile order through the McDonald’s app, but when I arrived, the app wouldn’t let me check in. I called the store, and the manager told me I’d have to place another order and wait several days for a refund on the first one.

When I mentioned contacting corporate, she said she “didn’t really care,” then hung up on me, and even gave out the supposed name of the franchise owner (Justin Conner) — which was completely unprofessional.

I’ve since contacted McDonald’s corporate and also reached out directly to Connor Family Restaurants regarding the incident. No customer should be dismissed or treated this way, especially after paying for food they never received.

Response to your generic garbage response, if you had actually read my review you would've seen , I've already called your corporate, so no need to fill out a duplicate complaint......your response proves you care nothing about your customers

So fed up with please drive to the final window or park for your order. There is clearly some owner fudging of the numbers. I had zero, zero cars behind me and they asked me to park. This has gone on repeatedly for at least a year.

Asked if the French fries were fresh. Manager told the girl at the window to tell me they were. Clearly they were not and only gave me half a serving. Called back to complain and was told they would call the police if I called back. Terrible experience and terrible customer service

Horrible service and breakfast food! Sausage burrito ALWAYS hard ends,very little filling,never any Picante sauce in bag.
Bagel sandwich- bagel BURNT!! Could only eat inside after wiping off that white liquid cheese which was all over bagel and wrap. We live in neighborhood,we will go extra miles from now on to get breakfast.Only getting worse.

I ordered door dash, which the driver was nice but the food wasn't great, the fries were overcooked and the soda was watered down, they either need to replace the Dr pepper with a new one, there was no taste of Dr pepper. and the burger was cold.

Hands down THE BEST McDonald’s ! Always kind, always fresh and ice cream machine always works!!! Customer service is top tier at this one- we go out of our way to go to this specific location. Great job to all who work there

Does this specific location have something against putting salt on the fries? At least a little sprinkle would be fine. I could get over the fries being cold half of the time, but could you at least try to put some salt?

Do yourself a favor and go to another location.
They don’t care and they will get anything and everything wrong.

If you go inside to talk to a human to fix your issue…they will literally ALL look at you then directly look down and ignore you. You’ll be standing there for 15 mins before anyone will say anything.

Think you get skip the chaos and do a mobile order? Nah, they’ll mess that up too and keep saying “but they didn’t check the order in” then you get to pull to the last window and sit there for 10+ mins and nobody will ever come.

This place is pure chaos.
I mean sure it’s McDonald’s…why would you complain?? When I say I genuinely hate the location with a passion I absolutely mean it.
