The reason I am giving him a one star because my grandkids love McDonald’s, we are new to this area a military family every time I come through the drive-through my french fries are old and cold. The cheese on the cheeseburger is cold because they didn’t even take time to warm the meat up for it to melt if it wasn’t so far to drive I would never go to this McDonald’s ever again. Their food is never hot and it’s 11 o’clock lunchtime. Everything should have been hot very disappointed. #MilitaryFam757

ordered a caramel sundae online. At the second window, they sent me to waiting area 1. After seven cars, and since my order hadn't arrived, I went inside to cancel it. The AM manager is extremely rude and has an attitude for no reason. I had to wait ten more minutes for a strawberry cream pie and I just asked for like complimentary nuggets or something and she said, well, it's your fault.You're waiting so yeah.Yeah, y'all need to hire a new manager..

Very disappointed with this location. The food is ALWAYS HORRIBLE I keep giving them the benefit of f doubt and giving them another try but……. Always the same let down! they serve buns that are rock hard nuggets are hard fries are soggy! And the drink cups are given 3/4 full. Definitely won’t go back again no matter the convenience!!!!
