I just wanted to give kudos to one of the employees. The heavier set black lady has impeccable customer service. I watched her greet every customer in the drive thru and ask how they were doing. No matter their reaction she smiled and was polite with them. She is a star and really made my day while I waited on my coffee.

There was a bunch of homeless people
In the McDonald also smelled very bad . I ordered eggs and when I got them they were cold

Seemed not to care about customers, manager wasn't wearing gloves serving food had an attitude when asked to put them on to give food

McDonald's website said it was open. It was closed. It's fine to be closed, but don't explicitly say that you're open if you're closed.
Another example of taking no pride in your work or product. Waited 15 minutes to get cold hastily thrown together breakfast burritos and coffee made the wrong way. Then another 5 minutes trying to get the right coffee. Very sad the standard of service these days.

The prices are ridiculous now, 7.00 for a kid size double burger with 2 tiny tomatoes and few shreds of lettuce and Luke warm fries and a syrupy dr. pepper, use to be 3.50 not long ago!!!!

Just left the restaurant. After using the kiosk because McDonald's doesn't want to pay employees to work the front counter. After an ordering and waiting in line we proceed to ask for the order is they said they never received it because we decided to pay cash instead of credit. If the machine doesn't take cash why is that an option? Why did the order not proceed to go to the back of the kitchen and it be made and we pay at the front. Didn't receive my order we left because we had to go back to work on lunch break. I will never again eat another McDonald's
