Most of the tables were not wiped off when we were trying to find a spot to sit. We just had a Diet Coke and it took awhile to come even though they were not busy.

2/12/25 They should make Matthew and his voice an automated drive thru greeter. Very friendly. Made this experience unusually pleasant and unexpected from todays norm these days. 5 star visit and +1 from previous rating

2024 Ordered ahead of time on the app. When I arrived there's a sign that says any lane any time. I stay in the right lane behind a poor lady as 3 more cars pulled through the left lane and were served on the other speaker. Finally, I backed up and pulled to the other speaker to get service. 30 minutes from order to pickup. They had to pull me forward for another 5 minute wait. I'm late back to work. Fast food is just overpriced crap food nowadays and McDonald's really sets the bar for overpriced junk food.

Food was okay, the staff were nice. Fix the damn hole in the front, we blew out our tire just pulling into the parking lot because of a huge pothole that spans the entire entrance.

The drive through employee taking my order this morning(12/20) had a horrible attitude, was incredibly rude, argumentative, didn't listen to my order & kept ringing in my order incorrectly. When I had to repeatedly correct her, she was rude, told me no, that's right, kept trying to rush me, and refused to key in my order correctly as she was overcharging me with the way she rang it up.
I told her the order on the screen is not correct, and she continued to argue with me, so when I got to the window, I just told her to cancel it (as i didnt want to be overcharged for something i regularly purchase and didn't trust my food to be correct), and she said OK! with an attitude and slammed her window shut.
She shouldn't be a front facing employee treating people like that.

The food was fresh and staff was busy but attentive. They didn't take time to talk much other than make sure we had everything for our orders. They seemed to be understaffed yet handled it well.
Atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was efficiently friendly. They were busy, but still made my order in a few minutes. And to my surprise their kiosks were not broken. No offense to other McDonald's, of course. Great customer service, tasty food, and puts the fast in fast food.

When I went through the drive-thru everything was fine, but when i went up to the window to pay a man with soapy hands handed me a wet receipt and the young lady that handed me my food threw it at me and slammed the window. Where is management?
