I understand that McDonald’s, as a fast food chain, has its limitations, but this location falls noticeably short even by McDonald standards. The Airport Blvd or Pensacola Blvd locations are a significantly better experience by comparison. My visits here have consistently involved long waits at the counter, food that rarely comes out fresh, and a not so clean dining area. To their credit, the staff have generally been pleasant, the issues seem to lie more in operational management than attitude. Hopefully this location can tighten things up, because the potential is definitely there.

I don't understand the bad reviews I just got fantastic service. The lady got me a sprite refill right when I needed it before even asking. I'd keep that employee/manager!

Extremely non-personal given the fact that when me and my daughter entered there was no one in sight to get us it take our order. We had to order from the kiosk and the printer was out of ink so we didn't get our receipt. We took a number and sat down. Then waited. We wondered if they received it order because the entire time we were there absolutely no one was out front welcoming, cleaning, it even showing a presence in the place. I'm my opinion only, McDonald's has fallen far from what it was when I was a kid or even a young adult. The food has gotten worse while the prices have risen tremendously and I'm only 51 years old. It's no longer worth the experience, or the cost.

This place sucks even by Mcdonald's standards. I've only ate here a couple of times, because I wanted to give it a fair shot. But I won't be going back. Like I said, i've tried this place three times. They have screwed up my order.All three times. What food I do get is just slapped together. The people that work here are unprofessional and rude as hell. I've only been inside once, but the place was trashed and dirty eerywhere. Do yourself a favor. Drive a couple of blocks to another location. It will be worth it to go out of your way just to avoid this place.

Food was hot, fresh and fast. While enjoying my food I witnessed Cheyene handle an uncomfortable situation with another customer with Grace. Her professionalism and kindness should be commended.
