It takes a LOT for me to leave a review anywhere. This McDonalds is the worst one I have ever been to. They will forget items from your order every single time. And the items they don’t forget will be soggy, cold, and nasty. Ordered here 3 times now and every time has been the same. Will never come back. Most recently ordered a “Big Breakfast with Hotcakes” and they forgot the hotcakes… so $8 for a soggy wet biscuit, 2 strips of bacon, and a disgusting tiny wet egg.

If I could ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! After ordering through the drive thru pulled around to the FIRST WINDOW sat there for 7 mins as the young lady had her back turned to me so i waited and waited never once did she acknowledge I was there so I pulled forward finally another young lady opened the window and said you didn’t pay I said she never turned around this child told me she was WASHING DISHES 🤣 no ma’am she was clearly standing in front of the register sideways with again her back turned away from me(window) but wants to get an attitude with me seriously.. Lemme not forget HOW RUDE THIS MCDONALDS IS AS WELL!! I will NEVER EVER GO TO THIS AGAIN PERIODTTTTT DO BETTER

The food is OK and the quality is marginal at best. They didn't have softdrinks available to order due to CO2 being out. There is no friendly service. It's all just order from a kiosk, get a ticket printed, wait for someone to acknowledge you and finally take the ticket that was printed. Then wait for them to collect the items. Then they yell your number which was incorrect. I'd never been in a McDonald's like that. Only 2 registers. The reason is the quality and service have precipitously dropped all while the prices have skyrocketed. 8 dollars for 2 hamburgers and a medium fry. I won't do that anymore. Ridiculous. I believe John O'Connor owns Navy Blvd. That's shocking knowing his history. In my experience his stores were typically very nice, clean, and friendly historically. Maybe they don't own them or they simply just don't care. Sad. I worked on Mobile Hwy, 9 Mile Rd, and Brent Lane back when they were corporate stores or Nerger's Burgers stores in the late 80s.
