Stood at the counter ten solid minutes. Six employees stared at me. None of them asked me anything. Nobody took an order, asked if it was a pick up, acknowledged I even existed. They also didn't acknowledge the other people inside as well. I guess in telling your employees to make sure the drive thru is speedy you tell them to completely ignore everyone else??

This is, by far the worst one in Pensacola. I’d rather fight off the vagrants surrounding the one on Fairfield. At least they get the order right. You’re lucky if Warrington even makes your order at all, but don’t count on them ever getting it right. Earth’s future is bleak.

So tonight I decided to try the McRib that EVERYONE speaks so highly of and I was not impressed. I've tasted better processed riblets in one of those TV dinners. The sauce was bland.

Stood and waited at the counter for five minutes with multiple employees moving around without as much as a greeting.***Update*** the only reason I keep going here is because my 9 year old begs for it, so I'm an idiot. Anyway this time I ordered 4 large fries and I got four boxes that were barely over 1/2 full. Honestly it was maybe enough to fill two large fry boxes. Just sad

22 minutes for ONE quarter pounder with cheese. People who came in AFTER ME and ordered crispy chicken sandwiches (which take pretty long to make) left with their food before me. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
2nd time in 2 weeks my order was wrong. This time they shorted me 10 chicken nuggets and gave me the wrong happy meal, last time they shorted me fries. With the prices they have these days, this just pisses me off! Tried calling over and over, just to hear a busy signal smh. Way to go McDonald's! 👏 👏 🙄
