Was supposed to be called by the franchise owner about my experience here, It has now been at least a month and no contact. 25 minutes in the drive-thru, served COLD food then I didn't receive 2 items. Avoid this specific location. The one on Creighton is 1000000% better.

Thank you McDonald's on Airport, Pensacola Florida for making my Mom's day! We were there yesterday getting breakfast, and my Mom noticed she had not gotten the doughnut she thought she had ordered. We looked at our receipt and sure enough - no doughnut listed. At that very second, the cashier came up, said she was sorry that she had forgotten to put the doughnut on, and gave us a free doughnut!
