Can you please go back to putting straws and condiments as simple as ketchup out? I stood at the counter with multiple others waiting to just ask for a straw and some ketchup. 3 workers saw us, and none stopped to help any of us. I ended up giving up and just going to eat my food because it was getting cold.

They gave us the wrong order twice, had us bring back the food to give it to their right customers. I’ll be contacting cooperate to have them review the camera footage today, (February 21st, 2024) as I saw they were to lazy to remake the other customers food and I’d be disgusted if I knew my food was handed and brought back by someone else, and handed to me as if it didn’t already leave the building.

Wanted the good old Big Mac Burger. They need to change its name to Mini Mac Burger Burger is the size of a 'mini' burger, you can get other places for 2 for $5. The fries have way to much salt. The employees were great.

Terrible service. Give customers whatever condiments that may be needed with their order without them having to ask. I ask if jelly was in the bag. The window person asks me with an attitude "which one?" Does it matter? Why not put both kinds of jelly in the bag? But I tell him and he comes back with one damn pack of jelly. Are they rationing them out? I would have liked to put jelly on both sides of my biscuit

Everything in the women's bathroom is broken, from the toilet paper dispensers to the sinks. Guaranteed that none of the female staff are washing their hands correctly. Likely not any different in the men's. Additionally, several items were left out of my order, and I wasn't given a proper receipt to submit a complaint. The receipt was torn off cleanly right ABOVE the survey code.
