Jacoby professionalism and friendliness was very evident as soon my wife and I walked in the store.! Greeted us with a smile and his professional service was awesome and the food was hot and fresh. Jacoby set bar very high and hopefully his bar will be met when my wife I visit a different McDonald's. His Manager obviously runs the store with pride.
Promote Jacoby and Please Recognize!

Horrible mcdonald's. Wouldn't answer the drive thru, so I went inside to order. It took 45 minutes to get 4 breakfast sandwiches. I asked to speak to a manager, but one was in a meeting so I spoke to a female manager. She was very rude and told me there's nothing she could do because I got my food. I thought I could at least get a free soda and an apology. All I got was an attitude and cold food. Will not go back to this location. The cashier was friendly and was doing the best she could, since most of the employees were in a meeting.

Took 30 mins with three cars and my fries were soaked with oil. The cardboard was flimsy and wet.
This place has gone down hill quickly, go down the street to another McDonalds.

How hard is it to pull them out when the timer goes off?

Dirty tables no staff around to clean.
Music was way loud especially in the kid area.
We asked for table service and of course they just called our names. (Of course they young ladies got their food brought to them). If they are going to do that just dont offer table service. I don't care but if its an option I would like it to happen.
Came here for play place but my son prefers the chickfila one and I prefer chickfila especially since the prices are the same now and mcdonalds isn't a cheap fast food place anymore. The guy was very short as he talked to people as well.

I mean it’s what you can expect from a normal McDonald’s… some workers are nicer than others, food is good when it is done correctly which doesn’t always happen but at this location they are a little better at getting it right as you described how you wanted whatever you are ordering. With that said I give them four stars for being clean and more positive than negative.

Title: Worst McDonald’s Experience Ever — Ruined My Sunday

If I could give zero stars, I would. No one answered the drive-thru speaker no matter how long I waited. When I finally pulled up to the window there was no manager — apparently nobody was in charge. The crew looked completely lost and untrained, and they acted like they couldn’t care less about doing their jobs.

The person at the second window was the final straw: clueless, no customer-service skills, and flat-out refused when I asked three times for a manager. Honestly, he should be selling pencils on a street corner for 10 cents a pop — he clearly has no business serving customers.

All this hassle for a lousy double cheeseburger was not worth it and ruined my Sunday. People here should be fired or the restaurant should be shut down. McDonald’s corporate and the franchise owner need to fix this disaster immediately.

I’ve never waited 25 minutes for fast food that is cold by the time it got to me. Watched multiple employees stand around while one person was doing work. Got ignored while standing at the counter too. A+

K, I am big on service and cleanliness. The staff greeted us so nicely and are so friendly. Thank you. I was craving McDonald's fries and am used to having my orders messed up at the McDonald's on Pine Forest.

P.S. please have the ice cream machine fixed in case I come back again!

Thought I'd give McDonald's another try due to my previous harsh review. There's a reason my review was harsh. $9.21 for 2 hamburgers and 1 medium French fries. And, once again, a machine is malfunctioning. This is simply amazing. How can this happen and why does McDonald's corporate put up with this from a franchise? Airport Blvd McDonald's is simply pitiful. Notice the time is 12:30 on Saturday. The lobby is almost empty. The drive-thru has 2 cars in it. Hint: It's the prices, service, and malfunctioning machines which are costing you a lot of revenue. Your prices are more than enough to get this place back up to part.
