RAW FOOD Do not eat at this location. I will never eat there again The food came out wrong and when they remade it my burger was RAW The customer service was slow I honestly believe they have nothing but complete idiots working for them

Currently sitting at the 3rd window, 12 minutes after I ordered Hotcakes only, still waiting. I didn't ask for fresh made pancakes, just the microwaved ones they normally serve. Frappe machine is broken. This location morning or night always makes you wait 15-25 minutes in the drive-thru. Wipe out the entire staff and start over. Just throw the whole crew away

They seem to have lots of problems with machines not working. I have ordered frappes and coffee through the app. When I arrive oftentimes they say machine is not working or is being cleaned. Then I have to substitute something else since they can't refund it. Not what I wanted.
There for awhile this location was so slow and incorrect orders. I decided to try it again. Fantastic timing, friendly service and hot and accurate food, even the fries were hot. Will go back, now. Give them another try.

This is the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been to including one of the first McDonald's in Columbus Ohio in 1961! The young man serving me was very good and fast. The senior lady cleaning was as charming and helpful as the best waitress I have ever had. She was diligently cleaning with vigor. Makes me feel safe in these times if COVID and worst flu season ever. These two genuinely want McDonald's on Creighton Road to be the best. As a nurse I appreciate this. They are also aware of the service dogs laws and rules.Thanks mc d coffee was good too!
