Slooooooow service. I saw 20 minutes to get breakfast at curbside. Nobody came out. I walked in and they hadn’t started on my order. About a dozen people working. No apology. No care in the world. So much for “fast” food. Oh and the link they put on these comments to “look into it” means absolutely nothing. McDonald’s could care less about customer service or fixing issues.

This McDonalds is mine and my children’s go to fast food spot I have 6 kids so we go inside most of the time since they have a play place and I will admit all 6 of my kids together in one room it gets really loud and hectic and yet the McDonalds employees never come to me with any issues they are always very sweet and understanding of how kids can be when they’re playing and having fun the employees are also very patient and respectful to me and my children. When an employee brings our order to the table they come with a smile and for the most part I believe all of them that have brought my order out they read my order back to me before handing it to me and walking Away they also ask us if we need anything else or if we are good to go …..
I had to add this to my review I can not for the life of me remember the woman’s name that helped me out when my son accidentally dropped his drink inside the main lobby right in front of the drink machine I went to ask for some assistance I had no problem with cleaning the mess up myself since it was my child that did it but this sweet young woman came back out to me with the mop and bucket and still wearing a smile as I’m being so embarrassed apologizing repeatedly to her she said it wasn’t a problem at all and that mistakes happen she even thanked me for offering to clean up the mess and she looked at my son and told him that it was okay accidents happen and asked if he would like to have a new cup I wish I could remember her name

Literally the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. Ordered though the app and the line for the drive through was 7 cars long on both lanes. I get its a saturday and its busy but stayed in line with no movement from the cars for 10 mins, so i decided to go inside since i ordered through the app. Apparently even though they had my food done and was waiting i still had to go through the drivethrough....craziness. this is also after me waiting 10 mins at the counter before someone finally came up to ask if i needed help. Just to find out i had to wait in the drive through lane again...i get it i deserve thag i suppose but the service was horrendous here and i am guessing it is because they are severely understaffed and overworked. Nothing against the employees there but their management or owners are absolutely atrocious. Ive also been sitting at this drive through for 30 mins after waiting 10 mins in line and 10 mins inside so 50 mins at mcdonalds so far and counting!! If i didnt pay already through the app i would have left by now....not making that mistake again.

I have given this place so many chances, try, after try, as it is very convenient on my commute to work. But it's time to speak up. A month or so ago, I placed an order through drive through after an average of 10-15 min (I was 4th in line) on a busy Saturday morning. They WERE busy in the drive through. I give them that, I ordered 2 - 2 for $5 breakfast biscuits, I think. It was like $11 bucks. 4 biscuits. For me and my coworkers. After about 10 min from ordering, I made it to 1st window and paid. Got to 2nd window and was told to pull to 3rd window, he said the foods cookin. I waited at the 3rd window almost 15 minutes before I put my car in park where it sat and walked inside. There were several in line waiting and at this point, if I wait, I'll be late for work. So, I leave, call the store and explain I paid, never received my order, still under the understanding they would make it right. And they said just come in tmrw and we'll make it right. I said, you don't need my name or anything? They said no. Shrugged it off and went next day and they said they had no record of the complaint. Lol. So I showed up late for work, and with no breakfast for everyone. Very disappointed. Don't recommend.
