I reedem my points and I don't get my food. I asked two employees, and they don't know the answer and ask for the manager, but they put me on waiting the. BAD MANAGEMENT. I always get my food here but i noticed some of the employees have bad attitudes.

We ordered nuggets and 3 sauces we only received 2 sauces when my bf asked for the 3rd that we paid for the manager walked away after saying it's .30$ we ordered dro pepper for our drinks and our order was for dine in we received coke and our food in a bag. My bf ordered a fish sandwich and it had NO tartar sauce on it he would have went and asked for some but after waiting 20 minutes on our 3rd sauce we decided against it. The table we sat at was dirty and there were fries and torn up napkins in the floor under the table. Manager was nasty about the sauce. Don't think we will be back normally it's great but not tonight

I ordered a chocolate shake from McDonald’s because it’s one of my favorite drinks. I waited about 20 minutes for my shake, I went to the counter to ask about my order and finally got it. I was very disappointed with the quality of the drink. When I took a sip, all I could taste was syrup and sugar. It was way too sweet. I felt terrible knowing I had spent my last $5 on this drink. It made me feel sick, it tasted so bad. When I looked at the bottom of my drink, I just saw dark chocolate syrup. It was beyond sugary. Each sip made me hope it would taste better, but it didn’t. All I was drinking was syrup. If a child had this drink, they could gain weight, have a higher risk of diseases like diabetes, and damage their teeth and gums.
Every time we visit something is broken or isnt working. I do not care for Mc Donald's and there lack of having what they sell working.
12-31 picking up a door dash at 11:11 and I have to wait in a 14 car deep line for a milkshake and a cookie. Complete terriable service.

I'm not saying McDonald's completely sucks but they are too expensive these days for what u get. They don't clean their machines or serve fresh food, so u are probably eating and drinking mold, the fries are still kinda good but used to be waaaayyyyyyy better than they used to be, they use so many fillers that you're not even getting something that has the taste of meat anymore, it's way to common for a server to get your order completely wrong, the food is often not fast, and the prices are no longer really good for what you're getting. McDonald's used to be great, but they fell off. Now it's mediocre. Some stuff they have there us a good deal if you can't afford better and have a coupon, but it's not the same fat food chain it once was. They're still beloved by many bc of their brand and reputation but, they're quality and standards have gone way down. They don't even use real meat anymore and they wanna sell their ish st the same amount as their competition that does. Years ago they would've got a 4 or 5 from me but now they're a 3. I'll go here if ppl I love want too but, if I can steer them somewhere else I will. Honestly they're health standards are what scare me the most.
