Well, if you're in the mood for fast food then you should go elsewhere, I've never waited less than 10-15 mins in the drive thru. It's a shame

My experience at this McDonald’s on 11/13/25 was unacceptable. Staff refused to refund an item they could not provide, escalated the situation unnecessarily, and even gave inaccurate statements to deputies when I asked for help.
One of the employees, Bryan, identified himself as the manager/supervisor and was one of the people who refused to handle the refund properly. The behavior and attitude were completely unprofessional.
What makes this even worse is that many other customers are reporting the exact same issues at this location — orders being placed and paid for but not fulfilled, extremely long waits, and employees refusing to process refunds. Some reviews even describe employees telling customers they “don’t have time” to issue a refund.
This shows a consistent pattern of problems, not a one-time mistake.
I have already filed a detailed complaint with McDonald’s Corporate requesting a full investigation, accountability, and corrective action. No customer should have to deal with this kind of treatment.

The manager name Bryan was very rude and yelled at me. I asked for no cheese on my big Mac and of course they put it on there and I have bad reactions from it. I told him I was calling corporate on him and he said okay. BTW the food was cold

so I go to the McDonald's after playing 2k26 all night and I want a mcrib but I get to the drive thru and I ask for one and they say they don't sell those rn like HOW ARE WE NOT GONNNNA SELL THE MCRIB I was very mad and I looked it up the MCRIB has pork like I'm not Jewish but if I was I would be mad because I wouldn't be able to eat a mcrib but anyway so I just ask for a 20 peice nugget meal and a large sprite with NO ICE I get to the window to pay and there was a girl there idk her name but she looked like a Wendy to me and she said alot of food for some one like I was fat or smth but wtv I get the the nuggets only 19 btw but I wasn't gonna say anything and they were cold and I get the sprite not a large a medium and there was ice I was nice wasn't gonna say anything but the Wendy girl didn't even say my pleasure like uhgggg I em going back to North dakota flip Pensacola FL
I'm giving service here 3 stars just because the drive thru cashier helped bundle some items. But we were given the completely wrong order. When we pointed it out, we were made to wait another 15 minutes before the correct order was brought out.

I used to go to this McDonald's unfortunately the manager that used to be there it wasn't all that nice and she told me I could not stay in the lobby I'll tell you which McDonald's it's nice to you try the one by the college and there's a Lowe's that location is more nice I will not go the one on highway 29 cuz there are rude to me

This place really needs to take a look into training their employees, the cashier did not know how to find the order I had just placed at their kiosk, had me redo the order and gave me burgers with ingredients on it that I took off because I don't like the taste,, while I was there with my two small children a guy that was talking to an employee started talking about if I complained he would beat me up..... highly recommend choosing a different location, horrible experience for me and I don't like how he was talking in front of my children...... why do people let someone like this guy talk to people how ever they feel and not even try to do anything about it... despicable atmosphere to bring any children of any age...
