We were here on 215 pm Sun Feb 23. The man that was either the manager or owner had a terrible attitude. My McDouble was dry and hard and part of the bun was hard as well. I took it up for him to replace it w a fresh one. He first ignored me at the counter he looked up from sweeping 3 times never spoke and finished what he was doing while I waited. When he finally came over he was not friendly. Was completely unapologetic that the burger was poor quality then smashed it and chucked it at the trash as he told the guys he need a remake McDouble. He brought a new one back over to me where I apologized not him.
A few min later another guy came in with the same issues and he told that guy he had eaten part of it and wouldn’t replace it nor refund it. Also another call while we were in there with unsatisfied customers. Poor poor quality and poor management. Very disappointing

I visited this location on February 1st 2025 at 11:07 p.m. I place my order for number 3 and I received cold burger and fries My drink was fine. For some reason the associate and the drive-thru took my money and was watching YouTube videos and the other associate who gave me my food basically tossed it out the window luckily my hand was there to grab it. I don't think I will be visiting McDonald's again
