I had asked for table service through the app but they must have thought I asked for counter service because they never brought it to me they left it up by the counter.
This location SUCKS. I asked and paid for extra cheese and extra tarter sauce on my fish filet. This sandwich is as dry as the Sahara desert. Don't make me pay for something I'm not going to get. The manager dude I talked was absolutely NO HELP AT ALL. He couldn't find me a district or corporate number....so he says. If I lived right around the corner I'd go back and throw this sandwich in their face, however I live all the way in Warrington, so I'll just take my coins somewhere else and leave this review.

TRASH ! From the Staff to the USELESS Manager GENESIS !! Completed my Mobile order sat in Slot 3 for pick up for OVER 20 Minutes Until I Finally Decided to go through the drive thru sat there for another 15 minutes before I made it to the window!!! All for them to TRY to offer me my food that has been sitting on the counter this whole time waiting for someone to run it out to me… I told her no it’s cold I do not want it , she/he proceeds to tell me to call the app there’s nothing she can do… wasted 30 minutes no food and no refund !!!!

The last two times I used my points to redeem something, the points were deducted, but I was still charged full price. The first time this happened a few months ago, I assumed it was just an app error, but my points were never refunded. Then it happened again. I only noticed it after I got home and checked my receipt. There's either something shady going on here, or they need to fix their system. I have not had any of these issues at any other location.

I ordered Large french vanilla iced coffee 5 Splenda, add caramel syrup and whipped cream taste like they added nothing and my daughter hi-c orange drink had black stuff in it had to throw it away. This is not the first time every time I come to this location almost always a bad experience.
