The portions on the pizza were microscopic and too small.
I mean like tiny tiny pieces.
I will NEVER return to that place again 😞!
I should have asked for a refund 😔

The worst pizza ever! I’ve been to Mellow Mushroom before and enjoyed several different pizzas. This pizza was horrible and as you can see not remotely like what I ordered!

It's pizza is ok. The temperature is Freezing inside the building. We weren't offered any specials and noticed signs about them on our way out. I wouldn't go back.

One of my favorite pizza places. Their gluten free pizzas are really good. They even asked if I wanted regular cheese or Im guessing they have dairy free cheese too, but I recommend it if you're looking for a gluten friendly place.

Absolutely disappointing experience at Mellow Mushroom tonight.
Walked in on a not-particularly-busy evening, empty tables literally everywhere and still had to wait 15 minutes just to be seated. They finally sat us outside, which was actually what we wanted, so that part was fine.
But then we sat there for another solid 10 minutes with zero server contact. No one came by to take orders or say hello, take drink orders nothing. Just staring at each other across an empty table while servers walked past inside and completely ignored the patio section.
I get that things can get hectic, but when the dining room is half empty and the patio has multiple open tables with people just sitting there looking confused, something is seriously wrong with the staffing or management.
We eventually gave up and left without ever being greeted. Sad way to spend an evening when you were just craving some pizza.

Just got back from Mellow Mushroom in Pensacola, and it was one of those easy, happy meals that reminds you why you keep coming back.

First off, Maddy was the real highlight. She greeted us with a kind smile and this upbeat, genuinely welcoming attitude that instantly set the tone. She was attentive without hovering, conversational in a way that felt natural, and she checked on us at all the right times. The whole experience felt smooth and friendly because of her.

Food-wise, Mellow did what Mellow does best: delivered the classics flawlessly. The pizza was hot, flavorful, and exactly as expected (in the best way). The Greek salad was crisp and fresh with that tangy, satisfying bite. And the pretzel bites? Always spot on, warm, soft, perfectly salted, and impossible not to keep grabbing.

The food was amazing and was reminiscent of the old world pizza cuisine. I’m happy we get a slice of that in Pensacola. The service from our waiter Knightlyn was also amazing. She was very attentive and kind. Overall, a really great experience from Mellow Mushroom

The Mellow Mushroom Restaurant and Bistro has an atmosphere and service beyond compare to any place I've eaten in the past year. The hoagies are a great treat, and a full meal worthy of eating, and the price is right. Eat at the Mellow Mushroom soonest. You'll thank yourself. Fantasy come true!
