Each build your own pizza starts with the classic Mellow pizza crust, red sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Select ingredients to build your own pizza. Ingredients can be added to the whole pizza or just one-half of the pizza. Thin crust, gluten-free crust (available for small pizzas only) and vegan cheese also available.

I ordered my pizza online and arrived at the time it stated on the confirmation receipt. When I approached the take out counter, the worker informed me that they had not even started it yet. I sat there for 20 extra minutes waiting on my pizza.

Ashlin was my server and she was amazing. This was my 1st time I’ve been to a Mellow Mushroom (I hate mushrooms because they evil) but the food was amazing and delicious. Service was amazing and just a pleasant experience all the way around. I will for sure be back.

My all time favorite is Holy shitake mushroom pie can't order any other pizza except this as always full of flavors and perfectly baked 😋
