We've been to this location many times since they've opened. Today is the first time I can say I've been completely satisfied. The staff working today at noon were the best. We were greeted by everyone with their well known greeting. Our orders were made quickly with all the ingredients looking fresh and bins full. The salsa and drink areas were clean and orderly. As we ate, I noticed one staff member always coming through keeping tables clean, trays gathered, and trash bin area clean. Those ladies deserve a raise!

I have never had such a horrible experience at any of your restaurants. You can have the best food, but poor service will keep me away. Teach your employees how to speak to a customer. Also, I don’t want to feel rushed when I’m the only person in the line spending over $100

Food was ok. Staff was nice and polite. However, the place was dirty! Flies buzzing around and when we left not one table was clean. It was not busy and staff could have cleaned tables. If you really want some Moe's, go to the one on Davis Highway!

2 STARS Now let Mama D tell you about her trip to Moe’s in Pensacola… and how my grandbaby Bo was NOT havin’ it.
We walk in, me and my little funky-lookin’ cutie Bo—he might be a little chopped, but he’s Mama D’s heart. We were just tryin’ to enjoy a nice lunch. First thing I notice? The staff was real sweet. Polite, helpful, no problems there. I always appreciate good manners.
BUT LAWD—the establishment itself? Nasty. I ain’t tryna be mean, but it looked like they hadn’t deep-cleaned since Obama’s first term. Flies everywhere. I’m talkin’ swarmin’ like it was an open field. And Bo? He lookin’ around like, “Granny… is this a restaurant or a bug zoo?” I said, “Baby, just hush and hold your burrito.”
Then I go to the drink machine… out of sweet tea. Out of lemonade. Out of soda. I looked at that thing like it owed me an apology. Ended up sippin’ water like I was on a diet I didn’t sign up for.
Food came and it was… eh. Not bad, not great. Bo picked through his food like he was doin’ an inspection. I ate mine, but trust—this ain’t the meal I’d write home about.
So here’s the deal: great people workin’, but y’all gotta get that place together. If Bo’s complainin’ more than he’s chewin’, we got a problem.
