Moe's Southwest Grill

Busy during lunch as expected. Was traveling through area and don't have one where we live now and so always try to eat at one when possible. Southwest Vingerette is our favorite. Wife likes a black bean salad. I am more of a chicken burrito guy. Also tried their new dippers and they were great. Simple, tasty, and easy for on the go. Also the sauces for those were good.

Friendly staff. Had to wait to get my tofu, flavor is decent, but not great. I would eat there again if I'm on the road again and need food.

The workers here are pretty goated, just as much as their food :). And their queso is drippie. 10/10 for me.

Service here is usually pretty good, but today I had No Words. I go in a little after 3pm, 5 people In the cooking area, & only 1 making food. Despite the man in front of me asking 3-4 questions about every meal option, each turned, looked me straight in the face, & continuing what they were doing…NOT ONE stepped up to help me. Spending almost 10mins in Moe’s waiting to be helped (with no acknowledgment & complete silence amongst the available crew), while 1 crew member assisted the only other person in line (who, by the way, was already being helped when I walked in), & 4 MORE crew members floating around the front, IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!!

I LOVED coming here, but today made me feel a way…just disappointing. I left without being served, no one said anything.

I may consider another location, but until then, I’ll go to an authentic restaurant.

So bad! Bad Service, BAD FOOD! I ordered a steak bowl and was disappointed from the first bite! The "Steak" was actually tasteless mystery meat! The staff did not seem to care about the mess at the salsa bar, trash cans or the customers. The price was way more than I had anticipated, made so much worse by the lousy food! Hard pass on there ever being a time I would go back!

Come to this MOE'S at least 2 to 3 times a month. My daughter loves their Tofu bowl and I usually get a steak or chicken bowl. Have also gotten burritos & quesidillas. I was surprised when my daughter started liking MOE'S because she normally wouldn't even try it until about 2 years ago.
This location is always clean, the food and order is always on point. I have NEVER had a problem with an order from here, which is not something I can say about most of the places we go for take out. The Manager is always friendly and easy to talk to. The service is always fast, even when they are busy.

I ordered a steak burrito bowl and a steak burrito via doordash. First time we ever ordered steak burritos from Moes.

We have loved bbq from moes in the past. It was always excellent.

The steak pieces was horrific, most of them were mostly fat/ gristle with a small amount of meat.
The burritos were relatively inexpensive.

I am pretty sure, this was food was not typical for Moes. I will continue to order from Moes, but stay away from the steak option.

Extremely disappointed to see that Moes parks the delivery vehicle in the Tesla Supercharger 100+ yards away from the Moes building blocking a charging space. There are hundreds of open spaces around and your driver thought this was the best possible place to park?
