They were professional, kind, patient and went above and beyond to assist me! We live in Upstate New York, so I ordered cookies on line as a surprise for my Navy daughter. I added a request that they her on a day and time range to let her know that they had an order for her to pick up. They did it. My daughter was surprised but happy and she LOVED her cookies as did her friends. I can't thank them enough for making her day.
