Food always hot. Got that man back there cooking up. One thing i notice is that the food has a funny taste, like metal or idk it might be tap water. Maybe they're using tap water to cook with..Stop if you are. I think it wouldn't have the funny taste, then ill rate yall a 4. Oh yea order your food pick if you're on lunch break. About 20 mins prior. I think theres only one cook.

Customer service is horrible. Made something incorrectly I asked for a refund since they told me I had to pay for them to remake it and owner declined. Owner then proceeded to curse at me and yelled at me to get out. Do not recommend. Also very dirty looking inside no hair nets or anything.

Terrible shop. Larger long haired black haired dude in there totally disrespectful, unwilling to verify the order or give a receipt and should be fired. Cussed at me when I said I needed a receipt, had a bad attitude right off the bat as soon as I walked in, snatched the order from me out of my hands when I tried to verify everything was in there then tied the bag, threw me some random receipt and said to look at some receipt totally unrelated to my order when I required the receipt and verification of the order. If he hates his life bc he’s has a pathetic life, whatever, and will never amount to anything that’s his issue but the cranky little boy should have nothing to do with customers. Not to mention the shop is in like the middle of a bunch of abandoned buildings and is very unclean I wouldn’t trust a meal from this place anyway let alone an employee who is that hostile to customers.

Poor customer service from the young guy at the front Mr teriyaki I have been a lawyer customer to him for over 15 years never had any issue but tonight I have ran into one The food is not worth it anymore he did replace the order himself but it still doesn't have a taste he was letting his customer service argue with me about what time I made it to get the food It doesn't have a taste it is definitely not the presentation that is on his website you guys take a look at it for yourself. He heats up crab meat imitation crab meat to go on top of a volcano roll The meat looks like cat food spicy mayo does not have a taste It's just nasty and I highly recommend you guys to not go there

The chicken fried rice was great, and everything was freshly cooked after an hour wait. The service was dry and the atmosphere is not welcoming. The general Tao’s chicken was a bit soggy. Definitely room to improve.
